    I like these bc I’m older and the process involved at the boat ramps is too inconvenient and unsafe for me. I would trailer to the ramp parking lot, get in and drive it into the water. Retrieved just as easy! I agree that a battery bank makes more sense! Good call.

    saw an add in the bc hunting regs 2018-20 ...... not for 200,000 pounds that would be 400,000 Canadian peso's. brand new atv 15k bad ass river boat 60k truck to pull it all 100k, if one wanted to go that route

    I love it, but they gotta figure out a better power unit for the hydraulics. its just such a racket. A good battery bank and a 30 hp electric would supply plenty of current and amp hours for the short trips these take on lank.

      Patrick Rich the6 have just released an electric motor version which ditches the hydraulics and petrol engine

    • @PatrickRich

      @@morri03 electric motors or electrical over hydraulic?

    • @morri03
      @morri03 5 лет назад

      Patrick Rich not sure what you mean. The new model uses electric motors and batteries to power the wheels. So no 33hp petrol engine

    How much for just the kit to put on my own boat I can run hydraulics & wiring myself would like the kit to do it thow

      I can tell you one thing the boat hull itself is built very sturdy quarter inch aluminum with a lot of reinforcement I think really you should make sure that you have a very strong structure before you mount the legs on it. That being said they do offer kits to other manufacturers. I've got a 7.1 for sale btw

      Who in their right mind would pay over 200k for that at the end of the day great idea but cant you just beach your standard rib at your favourite anchorage or god forbid roll up your jeans, that said I suppose its fun as a superyacht tender as it does bring the wow factor.

      There are a good number of people who are the executives of corporations, hi level sales people and business entrepreneurs who have the resources to acquire this and many other goods and services in these price brackets,and much higher. Not everyone in this world works for a living wage.

    Boating isn't just about function. Those three wheels visible on the corners of the boat are butt-ugly, not to mention an obstacle when fighting fish. What's weight and subsequent fuel economy penalty for this system? Salt water is gonna wreak havoc on it. A few buyers might commit but this will not be a widely used device.

    Dude what kind of a review is that? You didn't want to take it through any rough Seas because you didn't want to get beat up yourself? What kind of a reviewer are you? And could you have picked a more tame flat spot to go ashore? Of course it goes ashore that's what it's made for what we want to see is how well does it do it. This video ended up being a bit of a waste of time
