Recently after covid, the PhD students were given with HRA.. Instead of hostel facility... If provided with hostel then off course it will be single only

Sorry for this late reply.... If you are a hosteller then mess is compulsory for you.... Even If you don't want to eat also.. You have to pay the fee of it.
