weird how the mod gave Austria Bavaria. A more sensical treaty would have reduced the size of Austria by giving the Czechs Hungarians and Slovaks northern Austria while also freeing bavaria as its own separate state

Great video. In this very scenario, Charles de Gaulle letting Belgium exist and not annexing everything west of the Rhine is a non-sense, a misunderstanding of French geopolitical History.
Yes but remember that we were still reliant on support from the Toronto accord which would never let that happen. And annexing stuff on the west of the Rhine could end up in suicide trying to Frenchify a German people far more nationalistic than in our timeline.
