    Monday:Solo training+Chest
    Tuesday:Team training
    Wednesday:Solo training+Back
    Thursday: Team training
    Friday: Leg day (Yours)+Team Training
    Saturday: Shoulders/Arms+Solo training
    Sunday: Rest/Run

      as long as u are recovering and gym work isn’t lowering your performance in training/matches, then ur good
