Really sorry about Jackson on this episode, he's kind of shy and isn't used to being on a podcast yet. Next time he's on we think he'll do a lot better!
Tame the Impaler -- You say that, but sometimes he interjects something hilarious about 1/10th of a second after his joke is set up. I think he's quiet because he doesn't like to talk over people and/or likes listening more than talking. I'm the same way except I'm never ever funny.
Thinking the actors had rubber lips is an easy mistake to make. I used to think people got on TV by traveling through the wires, I felt so deflated when I realised I was dumb.
So I was driving down I4 with my girlfriend and a saw a sign for 'Boardwalk Burgers', one of those places where a bunch of homeless people slap some burgers on the Forman's. All around a wholesome experience. So I saw this sign, right? And I turned to my Girlfriend and she screams and tells me to watch the road. I look up and all I can see is the truck in the oncoming lane swerve and tip, sliding across the road into our lane. My last thoughts before the grave consisted of the stupidity of my joke and the fact that I would've seen this and avoided it, had I not been focused on the billboard and relaying this dumb comedy on to my Girlfriend. This does bring up the interesting moral dilemma, how many fatal crashes are caused by advertisement? How many people has Coke killed? All these questions will be lost... Like tears... In rain... No time for pondering this. Time... To die.
Ooo, neat. I got a mention from Don McKinney. Now I can be all like, "Yeah... I'm THAT David Perry" whenever I go to fancy restaurants and they'll totally let me in. Thanks, Don! Also, this is a very good podcast. It has the Obscure Comic Artist's Seal of Approval.
I agree with you Andrew that Unsolved Mysteries theme song scared the shit out of me too. I remember muting the TV so I wouldn't give myself a panic attack
God dammit, you were all just having a great time watching your american cartoons while I was stuck in Canada and all I had was 25 old Johnny Test episodes a day and the poor man's Gravity Falls : upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e4/Camp_Lakebottom_Title_Screen.jpg To be fair, I had Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, but that's about it.
Absolute favorite episode of Rocket Power was the one where there was a sandcastle contest. The main characters all built a scale model of the pier out of sand but lost to a little girl with a puny tiny ass sandcastle who got 1st place. Then Ray explains "We had to do it, she built the only sandcastle and this is after all, a sandcastle contest." It was a shining moment in pedantry and bureaucracy.
Shadowrun Returns, Dragonfall, and Hong Kong had 3 successful kickstarters that came to 3 good games. Ironically the studio is named 'Harebrained Schemes'
Jackson Clarke -- Aw, they lied. It's okay, it was only for a short part of the podcast. You do a great job with it. :) I saw Andrew said you're not used to being on a podcast yet. Take it easy - people love your little comments and the different perspective you take from everyone else. You definitely add something great to the podcast. No pressure with adjusting!
I used to love that magic show. Yeah, they moved the camera to make the tank disappear and I remember the one Kaya was talking about. They had to make an elephant or something disappear and they put a curtain around it and the audience was all pretending it was gone. It was so stupid.
My little brother started watching that Magic's Biggest Secrets thing last week. Hearing about it here is weird. Maybe Andrew IS Deadpool and he's breaking the 4th wall.
9 times out of 10 at conventions if you go up to them and say "I don't have money for an autograph BUT" and then tell them you like their stuff, they'll just say "Oh yeah no problem, thanks for being a fan".
Really sorry about Jackson on this episode, he's kind of shy and isn't used to being on a podcast yet. Next time he's on we think he'll do a lot better!
Listening to you read Family Man makes me feel delightful!
He managed to escape your basement?
Huggbees invite Alex Jones on the podcast
what an adorable human he is
make the podcast longer!
Jackson is underrated, goddamn. I love his little quips. I think he's more quiet because he's thinking through those sick zingers.
Tame the Impaler -- You say that, but sometimes he interjects something hilarious about 1/10th of a second after his joke is set up. I think he's quiet because he doesn't like to talk over people and/or likes listening more than talking. I'm the same way except I'm never ever funny.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE OFFICIAL PODCAST AT 3AM
I've been listening to the Official Podcast so much recently that every time that I read something it comes in Jackson's or Charlie's voice in my mind
This holds up 3 years later, great podcast I overlooked.
GOD I'VE WAITED A WHOLE WEEK FOR THIS SHIT, YES PLEASE
Ooo, neat. I got a mention from Don McKinney. Now I can be all like, "Yeah... I'm THAT David Perry" whenever I go to fancy restaurants and they'll totally let me in. Thanks, Don!
Also, this is a very good podcast. It has the Obscure Comic Artist's Seal of Approval.
andrew i hate to brake it to you but the holding his breath and ice is also a trick and was also taught on the masked magician
I always look forward to these because they're very unique and interesting. And again, the random shit they talk about is just beautiful

I agree with you Andrew that Unsolved Mysteries theme song scared the shit out of me too. I remember muting the TV so I wouldn't give myself a panic attack

Kaya: I don't remember my childhood.
Zemo: MISSION REPORT. DECEMBER 16,1991
Kaya: Well, to start...
Holy shit, this is one of the funniest ones yet
God dammit, you were all just having a great time watching your american cartoons while I was stuck in Canada and all I had was 25 old Johnny Test episodes a day and the poor man's Gravity Falls : upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e4/Camp_Lakebottom_Title_Screen.jpg
To be fair, I had Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, but that's about it.
As a kid I only had anime because I didn't know English and I couldn't find the Japanese subtitled ones.
"who's the superhero who fights with chicken wings"
kaya: black panther

I'm so glad you guys liked my drawing!! 💕
what drawing was it?
"She's 18 now" is basically bored burgers, but at least kaya laughed. Jackson and Andrew didn't even acknowledge it lmao
FYI: The artstyle of the Rugrats, Wild Thornberrys, Rocket Power, etc. is called the Klasky-Cuspo style after the studio that animated all three.
I love this podcast, it's getting me through a hard time, keep making great videos!
Y'all should have dunkey
What are you talking about? Donkey was already there. Didn't you see him in the bottom left corner?
You got him
This is probably one of the best 4 man casts, you can tell the Official boys really got comfortable with the dynamic.
Board burgers? More like bored walk burgers
It's weird watching this when you know them behind the personas they give themselves.
19:22 what a legend
Who fights with chicken wings? Black Panther lmao
I hear them say, "We can edit this out." so fucking much on this show it makes me wonder what the hell do they actually cut?
Do a podcast with Joe Santagato!!!
He has his own podcast so he knows what to do, and he is extremely funny. His humor is right up your alley!
On one hand, the podcast would likely be funny as hell.
On the other, more teen girls in the comment section gushing over "Dad"
Biggus Dickus worth it though
Thanks to that patreon for the Blue Apron message in spanish, thank you very much.
Oh I just choked on my chips and I was just chewing them when Charlie said the rubber lips thing
Shadowrun Returns, Dragonfall, and Hong Kong had 3 successful kickstarters that came to 3 good games. Ironically the studio is named 'Harebrained Schemes'
How y'all going to talk about shit we can't see?
Jackson pls. "Jackson, put this on screen." "I'll post this in the chat so you can put it up." ;_;
You Do You it was never posted in the chat, so I didn't know what to put up
Jackson Clarke -- Aw, they lied. It's okay, it was only for a short part of the podcast. You do a great job with it. :) I saw Andrew said you're not used to being on a podcast yet. I also thought the same rubber-lip/lip cover thing from movies, you're not alone Charlie.
I used to love that magic show. Yeah, they moved the camera to make the tank disappear and I remember the one Kaya was talking about. They had to make an elephant or something disappear and they put a curtain around it and the audience was all pretending it was gone. It was so stupid.
don't know why I expected Pan pizza to show up as a guest, but one can dream
$152M. Sounds like it's getting up to actual space travel budget holy shit

My little brother started watching that Magic's Biggest Secrets thing last week. Hearing about it here is weird. Maybe Andrew IS Deadpool and he's breaking the 4th wall.
Richard Horvitz also voiced Invader Zim, don't forget his best role.
At around 23:35 you hear what sounds like one of Jackson's cats
Let's see what they where talking about in episode #245
When I was growing up in Tallaght, Ireland everyone thought space jam was filmed in the local basketball arena

Night In The Woods was crowdfunded and that's a damn good game.

9 times out of 10 at conventions if you go up to them and say "I don't have money for an autograph BUT" and then tell them you like their stuff, they'll just say "Oh yeah no problem, thanks for being a fan".

Found my new prayer before meals.
During the Pateron comments it took me too long to realize what the comment from happiness bunny was.
Anyone else find it weird how no one laughs at Andrew's jokes? I find them pretty funny.
Weren't fidget cubes crowd funded? I've been seeing actual commercials for them
My gf and i met Jennifer Hale and Richard Horovitz both at C2E2 this year.
it always shocks me when I hear Kaya laugh
You can watch all of those magic secrets revealed tricks on youtube. It's fucking great. I love the perverted commentator.
Andrew is probably the funniest guy on the podcast
1 minute in and they're talking about Bad Dragon fleshlights lmao
Glad I'm not the only Nuke that watches this podcast 😂
