Great video, and at 1080p I could see the little fiddly bits that are so important. I've just completed a screen replacement on my daughter's phone and I don't think I'd ever buy another Honor 9 Lite. It was the most difficult and scariest screen replacement I've ever done due to it all being glued instead of screws. I had to buy a hot air gun to heat everything up and I was worried about the battery still working afterwards - but it does. I didn't use glue to attach the front and back I used 1mm "Double-sided 3M Tape" instead, cut into strips around the 4 edges on both sides and a few other strips in appropriate places. To my mind it was far easier and a lot less fiddly and less permanent than glue. The next time she breaks the screen it should be easier to disassemble. Glue would be much harder to remove I think, but if you want to use glue then I believe it's T7000 glue is what you need.

WoW i just succeed i feel like a pro thank you! I was freaked out when i took off the battery because it’s written on it that it mustn’t be heated nor bent (I did both lol). I took off the front screen first to push through the little hole but that didn’t work so I heated the back of the battery (through the metal part) to melt the glue and then unstick the battery. It’s long but the last thing you want is to make your battery explode :/ The rest is not that difficult tho (unless you spend 5 minutes screwing the wrong way before noticing you were)

I replaced the screen following all the steps suggested in the video but, when I turn on the phone, I can see no image on the display. If I push the power button, the phone restart and I can feel the vibration, but the screen remain gray, lightened in the back, but without any image and I can't use the phone. If I put in charge, I can see the green light, so the recharging system seems to work correctly. Any suggestion? I replaced also the battery and the flat flex that connect the charge connector with motherboard
For what you have opened this channel if you can't tell us the cost to repair it this is seriously so bad atleast tell us how much it will cost us to replace or we can switch to new device
