You didn't need to remove the motherboard or the charging board to replace the LCD screen. That was extra work.

You are right , but with new lcd without frame I normally leave it clipped for an hour or so to make sure it’s well glued , removing the board and the charging port just a precaution and allow me to work freely when applying pressure on the screen .

Why you remove the charging port? Has nothing to do with LCD

I have replaced my screen but only the power symbol comes on, the phone honor logo does not come on. only battery symbol. Can you tell me the issue please how to resolve it??

If your phone frame still in good condition, u only need the Lcd , cheaper for you , but if think you can’t fit the lcd properly in the frame , it’s better for to buy it ready with frame

1. you didn't test the screen before installing.
2. you forgot to remove old adhesive from the back panel.
