Sid is so absolutely cool. Man, for being in one of the biggest bands on the planet, he is so humble and down-to-earth.

Crahan would get it too if he wasnt the one behind the image etc. IDK about Chris's creative/writing contributions, but from my knowledge thats the basis behind it. That and Chris being a more agreeable person who could more easily be victimized in that way.

This is probably the most alive, and energetic I've ever seen sid be in an interview where he isn't playing a character lol it seems like usually in interviews when he's just being himself he's very quiet, and laid back. But here you could tell he was being like. Himself himself. The moment he walked into that room it was like I was watching two besties hang out together. I seriously could not watch without smiling lol. Awesome video guys!

He is absolutely that guy! He played a show in a small town in the UK as DJ Starscream and he came out partying straight afterwards with a group of us that were happy to show him around! He's humble as fuck!

Sid legit gives me the vibe of a dude who may have not came back from his last acid trip. Like he is in reality, but just eternally on acid.
I mean it's a good possibility. I did 10 hits of acid on 1 go and it took my brain about a year to solidly recover. Being in a band I would assume they just popped the shit on a daily out of boredom so yah that could totally be in the realm of possible.

I really like the way it made me feel body wise however don't take it like all the time constantly like everyday or you will start to he on your own little planet with tour own set of laws and rules and things you think arent that big of a deal people that really are will make some people upset and they will think of you as wierd. It's been about 10 years since iv done any so I don't really remember what I found amusing others didnt I'm sorry but you would be better off taking mushrooms. I used to take acid and my brain took a few days to recover. Shrooms I could easily go to work the next day.
@@crtl5911 really the main down side of most hallucinations is Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD) but it’s super rare, depends on the dose and how long you’ve been taking them but generally relatively safe especially as far as drugs that some musicians would take daily like H or blow..

Sid is so freaking down to earth, humble and adorable as fuck. Genuine guy and doesn't take what he has done and achieved for granted. Some of the other personalities in slipknot don't deserve him. He's too good of a guy. So happy for him. He's prolly a blast to hang with and funny as fuck

That Iowa winter is brutal
Sid came into my coffee shop in Tacoma, WA and the dude was one of the weirdest but nicest dude ever. Tipped me like $40 because I was chatting with him and his friends because the shop was empty when they came in. Told me his name was Philip on his order but then I called Sid and he came up to the bar and I called him out for it lmao. Cool dude.
Seeing Sid act like a kid in a candy store and “Ooo and Ahh” over these masks is so cool to see. Such an absolutely cool dude! Real chill and laid back and easy to get along with. Seeing him joke around with you and talk about everything is just so awesome and really shows what a great guy he is.
You can definitely see all the memories flooding back to him when he holds and looks at those masks. Just in his eyes and body language the dude is really having some nostalgia

Sid Wilson is probably one of the most coolest people to exist, and i mean that, he genuinely seems so chill, and I honestly wish I could meet him.
My youth was shaped by Slipknot and I just can’t get over how cool and chill this was. 10/10

This is great! I toured with Slipknot in 2000-2001 and they were all really awesome guys. I tour managed Joey in Murderdolls after that. Sid was always kool to hang out with.
I was so hoping a video like this would happen. AJ you are doing some incredible things, and it's crazy watching you over the years and seeing how far you have come. The fact Sid was there is just insane! So happy for you, you deserve this.
Sid has always been my favorite member because he's never been the typical sit behind the turntables DJ. He gets crazy and has a larger than life personality while at the same time, retaining his humility despite being in one of the greatest bands of all time.
Its great to have the members of the band walking down memory lane of their masks and their band mates. Sid is truly a genuine dude, musicians need to take pointers from him. If it wasn't for the fans none of their career would mean anything.

I love how much Sid remembers about the older days, and that's why part of why I've always liked Slipknot So much. They don't seem to forget where they came from, the days of practicing in someone's basement after work and going around to random mask shops and doing home repairs on equipment

Slipknots sort of lost me over the years but getting older is giving me a chance to appreciate the full spectrum. All of this backstory is incredible to witness. Thankyou for cataloging all this history on my childhood favourite band!

I was with Sid when he bought the shark in Chicago . He and I went walking around before the Motley Crue show and he got it at a shop by our hotel and Sid was so excited - the shark made it into a magazine like a week later!
i swear ever sense i found out about slipknot i've always had an eye for sid and i never knew why i always loved his masks and how crazy and energetic he is, i think the reason i loved him is because he reminds me of when i was little i used to be super hyper and chaotic my poor parents could never catch a break because of me lol! i would kill to see him irl he seems like such a sweet, kind and overall loveable person
