This is such a great video. I found myself nodding along as you listed each item, it's all very relatable. For me, the part about not knowing your true personality is one of those eternal questions of someone with bipolar

You have hit a lot of things i have done also. I'm only into my new meds like 30 days, i hope things get better, but just hearing other people talk about this, gives me comfort in a weird way knowing i'm not the only one, i use to just think my brain was broken, now i realize i hadn't been diagnosed correctly for like 15 years.

It's always frustrating realizing you haven't had the correct diagnosis. I hope you found the right treatment!

A lot of people disrespect people with mental health challenges, and then there's people who think bipolar is like being on drugs or something. I don't bother with people cracking jokes or the songs with Bipolar in it. I just learned to let it go. I mean at one point I was wearing my airpods all the time, or at least one, so that if people saw me talking to myself or whatever that they would think I was on the phone or listening to music. My personality as bipolar: I've adjusted my temperament to meet the needs of my bipolar issues. Also, that temperament sorter is not really meant for certain people with higher IQ, and since Bipolar tend to have higher IQ, i'd say the temperament sorter is not valid. Though, it does help self-reflection.

The one thing that I'm always wondering is how it looks to others. I can only see it from the inside out, I don't know how it looks from the outside in.
