Today was a horrible day. I got two really hard tests on uni, I felt sick, I had to read like 50 pages in an hour and I couldn't saw my dog all day. I returned home like two hours ago. My grandma prepared me an amazing lunch and my dog greeted me with her usual happiness. I booted up my PC and had some really great matches on Omega Strikers. Now, while I waited for StarCraft II to start, I check my YT suba and oh surprise Lord Creo uploaded a song. Thanks for turning this day into an amazing experience, Creo. I know a long time ago I said I wouldn’t leave long-form comments anymore, but now that I’ve got some time I thought why the hell not? But yeah, this is a nice, mostly chill piece! I like what you’re doing with the endings lately, giving percussion a bit of focus. Having it “slow down” while retaining that high energy is something I can appreciate, really reminds me of some garlagan songs, like Leight Wight (bonus points if any of you know what I mean). The praise I gave waaaaaay back with Drift (I think?) where I said an emphasis on more “realistic” feeling drums and percussion can really be felt here, nice job! Beautiful art as always, the combo of the two makes this piece feel like it would fit right in to the Risk of Rain 2 soundtrack, or something Horsed (formerly CursedSnake) would make! I don’t mean to degrade the originality and effort that went into making this, by all means it’s still very Creo and very much something new that I like! Literally nothing was giving me any emotions, and then, when one of my closest friends had a car accident with fatal outcome I was near ending my life. Nothing was helping to improve my mental state, not even antidepressants. But then suddenly I've discovered your music, that immediately awakened a desire to live in me. I was listening to you a few hours per day everyday. And after a few weeks my depression was almost gone. Again, I can't thank you enough, I owe you my life. I think it's really cool how creo drops the perfect song with the time of year. Lost dropped in the middle of winter, and then this just dropping in the early summer fits so well. Last night I went for a 2 hour walk by the river with this playing, and with the smell/taste of the evening air, the sunset over the trees and reflecting off the river was just one of those nights I don't think I'll ever forget. Welcome back Creo! We are long before the time where anyone cares if I write this, but this is the first song you've released since I started listening so I decided to give this a shot. First of all, I think the breakbeat style really suits you! Before analyzing too much, I've really enjoyed the chill breakbeat vibe, and the use of instruments is awesome! After listening to this song on repeat since it came out, I really understand why I immediately thought of Sky and Soul when I heard this. Starting off with the choir sounds, the bass, and the breakbeat (I really hope I'm not wrong about this) drums sounds awesome, and then the awesome guitar and piano duet takes the melodies to a whole new level. The sweet 1:36 transition into the choir part is so Sky and Soul for me, and as I listen to it again the signature saxophone is absolutely destroying my brain (in a good way). The hopeful ending really hits the spot for me, and is leaving me hoping that you'll release another song sooner than 9 months. First of all, I think the breakbeat style really suits you! Before analyzing too much, I've really enjoyed the chill breakbeat vibe, and the use of instruments is awesome! After listening to this song on repeat since it came out, I really understand why I immediately thought of Sky and Soul when I heard this.
Starting off with the choir sounds, the bass, and the breakbeat (I really hope I'm not wrong about this) drums sounds awesome, and then the awesome guitar and piano duet takes the melodies to a whole new level. The sweet 1:36 transition into the choir part is so Sky and Soul for me, and as I listen to it again the signature saxophone is absolutely destroying my brain (in a good way). The hopeful ending really hits the spot for me, and is leaving me hoping that you'll release another song sooner than 9 months.

This is such a beautiful song. I just spent the last 30 minutes listening to it on repeat while driving home, and it felt so special. Watching the leaves blow by during golden hour with this on blast really hit different. Not sure why this was such a soft release but I’m just glad we get to hear this pleasant song now :)
