speaking against bad/uncomfortable behavior sadly comes with experience, it also needs a backing of self confidence that i can get job anywhere else, also keep limited loans :)
One more piece of advice, Record all corporate phone calls and online meetings else they can simply escalate and you may have no proof. I am speaking from personal experience.

i,d like to add might be irrelevant but is related to your video - this is so true one might disagree but one also should not expect or be completely dependant on one,s own parents too much as well never expect on anyone even relatives friends as well its all about survival out there be it corporate or personal

relieving letter sometimes come late your new employer must understand and provide you 2 months time, you can ask your previous HR to send a mail stating the same.

Mam how to identify & find the companies with most attractive/high payscale and greater growth as an outsider without having any friend working for them ? Which signs to look at for and how to find such companies in LinkedIn and google..
Dear, good pay is not limited to LI & Google, just look for a good role inside product companies and FYI not all job roles are paid well in google and LI, so first build your skills in a role that is high in demand and then start applying where there is an opportunity with product companies(small or big doesn't matter)..

Write mail to HR and get reply on it then you can show your new company that mail which takes 45-60 days.
