Good post Trippy....and smart move sharing it on the local group Belleville Ontario. Hopefully that will get you a few more subscribers. You might have to put your fenders on if you want to ride up Front Street in that flood. Lol . Tripp'n down memory lane....the good old days man. Cheers Y'all
Hell yeah thanks brother. I appreciate it and yes I have a new front fender coming might be another couple weeks. More subscribers are always good cheers
I was talking about Reddick's Bakery this weekend. I was up in Ottawa visiting my Uncle. That same Uncle would buy a dozen Reddick's butter tarts every time he was visitng us here in Belleville. I sure miss those tarts. I haven't had one as good as them since. God I miss the good old days, don't you? 😉 Thanks for this video my friend. Lots of old memories for an old (almost 50) guy like me. I appreciate it. 🙏
It was a big deal to go to Belleville from Tweed and go shopping at Towers in the 70's. Later on I would have lunch with Jimmy Marker (Hawkins Cheeses/Belleville Airport) at the Modern Cafe. I remember the building of the Quinte Mall and the Bay of Quinte Bridge....I'm old....LOL. Thanks for posting.
This was nice. My Grandparents had a fishing cabin on the Trent River near Campbellford, we always came up in the spring from Ohio to fish and go all over. I can't remember the name, but there was a Chinese restaurant in the middle of town that we visited at least 5 times on a 6 day trip. Loved visiting Belleville and Ontario.
Brought back some memories... wow! I used to work at that Food City out on Dundas St many years ago. Thanks for posting this video.
Hell yeah that's awesome, your welcome and thank you
My mom worked at the Food City on North Front St for years. Did you know any of the employees from that store - maybe a young lady named Laurie?
So cool! Crushed the like button!
Thanks brother
