I have lost a lot of friends in my life. Watching Snow White go through all the stages of grief really hit hard and deep... i was definitely fighting the tears. it felt so real. That is exactly why i love this game so much
The VA of Snow White was just... damn. Nailed it perfectly, down from the pitiful denial, then the childlike begging followed by the painful outburst and finally to just plain depression. And they just gotta pair it with this damn OST. Nikke has always make the situation feel... raw and I can only salute the devs and VA for it.
@@nickwen2881- Think of Leon’s development from RE2 to RE4. He even said in the beginning of RE4 remake: “The cop inside me died that day.” Snow’s case is kinda similar since it’s her innocent days that died.☹️

When Red Hood said "But can you do it without crying?" to Snow White, it reminded me of someone. _Dorothy._ _As she aimed at Pinne._ And it hurts much more when she screamed that she "won't cry" and "won't even flinch". Because we know _she wouldn't._
She was looking at Snow White, but she knew that no one in the Goddess squad would be able to finish her without suffering greatly, they just were too much of a good people despite their flaws. Red Hood actually mentioned that it was what she was most scared off: That on her last moments she would bring great suffering to their precious companions. Thats why she thinks that leaving is the correct choice even if she eventually realized she messed up her farewell, and tried to fix it
Props for Snow's VA. You could just hear all of the innocence melt from her voice until the last line was basicly said with the voice of the old Snow White.

What broke my heart is that in the french sub, instead of saying "Fine go die alone!", the sub says "Fine go die alone in your shitty hole!" (RH's village) which made the already poignant scene all more the heartbreaking since SW is taking her departure as a literal betrayal/treason to her squad.
This beautiful melody really represented the feelings of Snow White. When she was speaking with such a fragile voice filled with sadness.. that really hit harder than expected. Is too soon to let our tears out, we still need to see that story two. Fun fact: That space station they showed in the downloading animation intro... is where she is, huh.
What we know now, is this Snow White's story is only just the tip of the iceberg. Im sure Nikke will explore further of what happened down the road that led her to the Snow White we know now.
Thank you for creating a soundtrack that so beautifully pulls on the heartstrings during the emotional parts of this game. They pair perfectly and really emphasize the emotions at play.
Poor Snow, at least were here comforting her future self by being part of the gang. I was so blown away by Cinderella as well with design as well as firepower and to be shocked that she is now among the truly corrupted.
Spoiler below after this: I love how “The Pilgrim” Acoustic version is implemented into the track @1:04. Still… I felt sick to my stomach watching Snow crying. I kept thinking that Red shouldn’t have said all that because look at Lee Everett from Telltale’s TWD Season 1. He didn’t have to tell Clementine to NOT cry when you (as Lee) make her shoot him.😞😭
Its like the more we learn of the goddess squad the more we learn just how cursed they really are.... Snow White To lose someone so close so understanding.... Dorothy To lose the love you once had, to lose someone so close to you.... Its miracle Snow White can walk with her head held high Its a tragedy that Dorothy trauma has trapped her in a never ending hell.

this song reminds me a lot of wangan midnight which is "the voice of S30Z" the theme is also pretty close too. as it about to beings that are facing the edge of death as the timer keeps ticking down the soul is left to face the unstoppable head on, one being red hood and the of this the fairlady z.
To truly know happiness you must first understand the context of what was sacrificed along the way. The Main story, current chapters, there's a silver lining of hope for what comes next. That hope, be it permanent or fleeting, is only possible because of the origin of this story. Once you finish chapter 26 you'll cry, but they're tears of joy and not of sorrow. A new generation of heroes, to pick up the mantle, and to build on what other's set the foundation for.
Red hood and snow but know that there's nothing they can do and red hood has to go. But still wants snow just want her to stay with her untill the very last moments.
