Term that Varun often uses in his performances are not just based on past but also on the ongoing reality of society or politics. Personally I took his line as normal because Modi and his people never accepted that 2002 riots were failure of Modi as a CM of the state. Instead of accepting the bitter truth they always tried to manipulate the ground reality and losses of people in riots of Gujarat. Here i'm not being a lawyer for Varun Grover but I feel his words as mine own.
