I noticed your capes are on the more flowy side, like it has actual physics. My capes are so stiff, do you know how I can turn on the capes physics???

Only with certain capes, most legendary capes, law's l, Doffy's, shiryu, crocodile, and the Admirals (kizaru smoker garp)
That's the thing, I am using these capes and they still are stiff. I tried turning on and off the animations in the settings but they still so stiff
