The pole worked pretty well, although from the footage you can see rolling, which was extremely difficult to avoid (practice and try and use two hands). I want one that has a pistol grip as I think that would help reduce roll. The poll I used needed to be taken apart fully afterwards to be cleaned, but it held up without issue.
