I think I am about to order one, thanks for clearing up the concerns I had with the 30" ATA length vs the 34" This will be a western hunt back pack bow for muleys and elk.
Still running the original PSE DNA that bow is so light so smooth and compact I have not been looking to upgrade the mach 30 has my attention tho!!! I think the archery speed and ata draw cycle hit a wall 10 years ago
Still have my original DNA as well..fast.... light...shoots LIGHTS OUT!!!.. grabbed a new Decree IC as well basically its baby full throttle with diff cams...will put it up against any hunting speed bow! NO Current bow Comes close.!!!!.
How would you say this bow compares to the 34? I'm a saddle hunter for whitetail mainly, love the feel of the 34 but haven't had the chance to try the 30 yet. I notice when I max out draw lengths, I typically notice more of a dump into the valley, have you noticed that with the 30? Love the video man!
Compared to the 34, the 30 is a very different bow - new riser, pic rail, cable guard, etc. However, the "carbon feel" of the 34 is still there as the grip is unchanged, but would say the 30 riser feel stiffer...perhaps with it being shorter and a new design. For saddle hunting, I would imagine the 30 being at home in that scenario. My DL is 29 so I can't speak to maxing the cam out. If you feel it gets dumpy, I would recommend playing with the letoffs - 80% on that cam smoothens it up in my experience (have your pro shop adjust that while testing it). Thanks for checking out the channel!
I look forward to Dud's version of it. My guess is he shows up at ATA with it next year. I LOVE my Levitate with EC2 cam. It would improve with the fixed roller guard. It would improve with the lower dampener. My favorite length personally is 32". Hopfully John does a Levitate with all the updates and polishes it like he always does.
He’s having PSE do this model it’s called the NOC 30 I can’t wait to see it in the Shops gonna have a faster speed and diff can to allow 31” drawl length
I wouldn't say it rips in terms of speeds. Had it been 10fps faster it would have ripped at that draw length. Still a good bow, but it is sad you have to go up in poundage to get decent speeds. A step back from the S2 cams.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about this bow! A little out of my price range but hopefully I’ll be able to get my hands on one eventually!
It totally is! I find myself grabbing most of the time!
Hell yeah, give it a year and half or so. They’ll be much easier to find and afford
@@leroyapplegate5049 been waiting to find a deal on one but haven’t had much opportunity yet
man, i have the Mach 34 and now i want one of these... time to liquidate some items to pick it up lol.. thanks for the info.
Hahaha! I hear ya! The Mach 30 is something special for sure.
I freaking love my Mach 30! Best bow out there IMOP.
I couldn't agree more! Every time I pick it up, it continues to impress!
@@s.g.holmes I just adjusted my draw to 28" and shooting 366 grain arrows at 63 lbs. smoking it at 301fps
It’s quick! 💪🏼

You tied your d loop backwards. That’s a right handers loop.
How would you compare the Levitate with EC2 cams vs Mach 30 DS ?

That would be cool to see! Levitate is an awesome bow! One of my all-time favs

Have you heard of any problems with there limbs cracking or splitting? Some reviews show problems. What has your experience been?
@@lloydn1510 I haven’t experienced that. I know several guys shooting them with no issues either.
My friend had the limbs split on his mach 30. In 2 weeks of having it.
Run Unicorn Blood with gunmetal serving or vador black with metallic bronze serving!!!
I'll build that up and look at! Sounds killer dude! 👊
What brand of chest pack you have?
@@nelsonalanis-qn5hu that one is from Kifaru
Thanks for the review. How does it compare to the Levitate?
Sounds like a good follow up video! 😎 thanks for checking out the channel.
What size peep are you using ?
5/32 for my hunting bows
@@s.g.holmes Thank you very much Sir
Left handed shooter What is the draw weight on them?
These can be ordered 50, 60, 70, and 80#, I believe.
how far out was the chrony? was that speed at target or launch speed?
It's been awhile since I made the video, so can't be exact. But the speeds are well within their specs - unlike many bows in the market.

Interesting! How fast of a hunting arrow do aim to have?
@@s.g.holmes As close to 300fps as possible at 29/70. 295 is acceptable, but the closer to 300 I am with a 450gr arrow, the bigger my smile.
