Since there is no visual to rely for the dialogue and emotions it would really be hard for this game VA to switch emotions depending on the scene and I really respect the number of times they record this just to be satisfied with the results! we are now so close to hear this anniversary card aahhh I can't wait!

Japanese VAs are very meticulous when it comes to their work. They will always do lots and lots of takes to get the right one. It's basically acting on a movie to them.
Yuki Kaji is always stealing my heart and then breaking each time he voices a character in an otome game. He always puts so much emotion into his voice acting and it's amazing how he does it. I'm so excited to pull for Luke's anniversary card! 😭

now I kinda understand how the game finally only focused on the cards and invitations for JP dub..I mean this took a whole lot of time,8 hours recording...must be so exhausting >< and moreover Yuki Kaji is a very on demand VA he also got many works to do outside of this game VA...I'll miss his voice in main stories but I'll try to remember how hard it is for the VAs to do voice recording.. ;___;
Bruh, Luke's 1st Anniv Card is my most rewatched card. Kaji-san's voice acting is topnotch. I still keep on crying while replaying the card. Also his personal story! When he was emotional while finding for Rosa waaaahhhhh
Personally, I love the Simplified CN’s VA version of Luke and have been playing that way for the past year, I bawled my eyes out reading the Personal story 4 and SSR story. Seems like I’ll have to go through all of that again in JP, Kaji Yuki’s vibes are just different 😭🥹
In my opinion, S-CN is relatively calm. He calmly gave her the facts in 1st annive card story. On the contrary, JPVA's act is a bit more intense. I love them both!
I feel like crying already. Reading personal story 4, you can really feel the anxiousness and desperateness. I have always liked kaji-san but I'm getting amazed as always like its the first time Thank you for posting this!
Luke's voice lines are the most emotional!! They can be words of deep love, regret, anguish, happiness etc!! And Yuki never disappoints!! He does an outstanding job every time!!💕 Well done!!✨
No offense to the AOT fans but it's just sad that Kaji Yuki gets mostly known for just one single character in a famous anime when he voices alot of iconic ones too.
To be fair, his role as Eren is what put him on the map for a lot of people. For me, I didn’t even know he voiced some supporting characters from some of my favorite animes like Kuroshitsuji and FairyTail until he voiced Eren. Now I can recognize his voice anywhere, even on some niche otome games like Code Realize or Norn9
The first character I heard his voice from was Luke. And I had compared their voices between Luke and Naoya in my mind. Turns out, they were the same person. Another one was knowing that he also voiced Eren and I was so amazed of how versatile his characters can be. 😮😮

Honestly, Luke would've been my choice if not for Marius barging in like that with the "onee-san", so reading his stories and cards gives me mixed feeling about it since his genre is kinda more in my taste, minus his 3 year timer, of course.
