One tip I've learned is that self love doesn't mean indulging in whatever I want. I used to justify eating junk by saying that it's self care because it makes me feel good, it's not. Exercising is self care. Fueling your body properly is self care.
For some reason the hardest part for me is getting over working out around other people. I become super self conscious especially because I’m just starting out and learning. Hopefully in time I will get comfortable!
Love your energy and your healthy outlook on lifestyle/health. It's very easy to get caught up in what we see on Instagram and put so much pressure on ourselves to look a certain way. But your outlook is so inspiring. Enjoy life but do your best to make healthy choices and work out by doing what you like (yoga, lifting, running, etc). I have always struggled with my body image. I've become a lot happier/comfortable in my own skin. I may not be able to lift as much as most people but hey I'm trying and making progress to feel strong.
