At 1:21:00 when your apc "disappeared" in blue's base, it was his obelisk of light, that he had build just south of his construction yard.
You can see it's top getting another color, but maybe it was a glitch that we couldn't see it shoot

You can sell your tech center right after you build it and you won't loose any build options. To get your money back 😊
As long as you have build every other building that needs something from the tech center.
For example, if you build a helipad and the tech center and sell the tech center straigt away, you will still be able to buy banshees.
But you can't do it the other way around.
