Jeezy appears to be creating difficulties for Jennie Mai. He knows that she is working in Mexico City on her new show. Getting the court involved at this point will create road blocks and inconvenience. While Jennie is working is he willing to take full responsibility for the child at his home for the next few weeks? Is he just whining that visitation is inconvenient to him on the few hours he wants to see the child? He is a nightmare of a man.
Sounds to me like he just wants to see the kid when it's convenient for him. She's gatekeeping her daughter that's what she's supposed to do. Go to court and get a schedule did up. It's really not that complicated. But what you not going to do is just drop in whenever you want to and expect the world to fall at your feet on a moment's notice.

I have two plans that could help with this situation PlanA : Since Jeezy was the one to file for the divorce causing the inconvenience to coparent in one household he should be the one to move to a location closer to Jeannie so that she could have the daughter for the week and Jeezy has her for the weekend and Jeezy has to pick her up since Jeannie had her all week or PlanB: If Jeezy lives in Atlanta and Jeannie is in L.A Jeannie should keep her throughout the school year and Jeezy take her for the Summer and all holidays since Jeannie had her all year I think this is fair and reasonable and they just need to be mature about this cause they are too grown for this

There is nothing such as 50/50 if parents put aside their foolish ways and do what is in the best interest of the child. I know a father who took a second job to pay for lawyer fees to obtain fair custody. He even had a clinician (myself) write a letter on his behalf on how 50/50 custody was in the best interest of the child. Should he have had to go through all of that, no. But some things are worth fighting for. This father was not black and sorry to say, I don't see a black man putting that much effort, time and dedication into making sure they are in their children's lives. Jeezy appears to be creating difficulties for Jennie Mai. He knows that she is working in Mexico City on her new show. Getting the court involved at this point will create road blocks and inconvenience. While Jennie is working is he willing to take full responsibility for the child at his home for the next few weeks? Is he just whining that visitation is inconvenient to him on the few hours he wants to see the child? He is a nightmare of a man.
Sounds to me like he just wants to see the kid when it's convenient for him. She's gatekeeping her daughter that's what she's supposed to do. Go to court and get a schedule did up. It's really not that complicated. But what you not going to do is just drop in whenever you want to and expect the world to fall at your feet on a moment's notice.

I have two plans that could help with this situation
PlanA : Since Jeezy was the one to file for the divorce causing the inconvenience to coparent in one household he should be the one to move to a location closer to Jeannie so that she could have the daughter for the week and Jeezy has her for the weekend and Jeezy has to pick her up since Jeannie had her all week or
PlanB: If Jeezy lives in Atlanta and Jeannie is in L.A Jeannie should keep her throughout the school year and Jeezy take her for the Summer and all holidays since Jeannie had her all year I think this is fair and reasonable and they just need to be mature about this cause they are too grown for this

There is nothing such as 50/50 if parents put aside their foolish ways and do what is in the best interest of the child. Unexpected things will come up from time to time on both ends and both parents should be willing to do what is necessary to cushion any impact on their child. However, people prefer a judge in a court who don’t care anything about their family, to dictate what is best for their child.

If their children are really a priority and men are given the short end of the stick- then men can fight and advocate for their rights. I have seen it personally. I know a father who took a second job to pay for lawyer fees to obtain fair custody. He even had a clinician (myself) write a letter on his behalf on how 50/50 custody was in the best interest of the child.
Should he have had to go through all of that, no. But some things are worth fighting for. This father was not black and sorry to say, I don't see a black man putting that much effort, time and dedication into making sure they are in their children's lives.
