The thing(s) they loved about you in the beginning of the relationship is used against you when they decide that they are done. If you aren’t use to having a close family dynamic, as admirable it is, it can be overwhelming. And if you have poor conflict resolution skills, walking always appears to be a lot easier than staying and working out those differences.

Although I can agree with you, the one big thing people are missing on is that in Asian, Middle Eastern, and some European cultures it is not uncommon to have two or three generations under one roof, just look into China family structure. Jeezy comes from a dysfunctional community with no "traditional values" so of course this would be an issue for him, but yet and still he chose to marry into her family. I get it. I had issue with divorcing my ex husband because I didn’t want to loose the family. I was closer to his Parents than I was to my own. I knew I would loose that family once I made the decision to leave my ex husband. It was a difficult transition for me and took time to finally make the decision to leave him. Please note my Ex Husband was a very Anger and Bitter man. He was Enabled by his family members. So me done with being his enabling punching bag would not be understood by them. Basically me leave meant that they would have to deal with his issues without me.
I was closer to my ex husband’s parents than my own. They were always kind and gracious towards me. I couldn’t stand their son anymore so if they took his side and cut off their relationship with me, I would have been sad but understood. 5 years after our divorce, They still consider me family and check in with me a few times a year. They sent me a beautiful arrangement when my mom passed last year.
It can be hard to remain in a relationship when things get difficult if you've never had to do so or you don't know how to. He shared that he had no frame of reference for a sustainable relationship which may be at the heart of his actions. Example, "this isn't working for me so im over it." Rather then, "this isn't working for me but it is valuable and im committed to working towards making things better." Remaining committed to a marriage is a daily decision.😢

Two things can be true at the same time. You can love certain things about a person but the same things can also cause issues. Hanging in there to save you marriage is not being miserable, it’s called honoring you commitment, making sure if you have kids you are showing them what it means to honor you words, to provide and guide and show them the purpose of family. Marriage is not a game and not to be taken lightly and is not for the weak or faint at heart. Paying a mortgage for 30 years is a misery that many do, while others unfortunately, don’t for many reasons. But The ones that stick it out at the end have a blessing when they reach the last mortgage payment. He needs to just tell the truth, in my opinion, is that the lust, the newness etc.. did what it normally does when you are no longer interested, fades away. Love doesn’t operate like that. Love doesn’t’ allow you to sit own in an interview praising someone that you already have filed the papers to divorce. It really isn't that hard. He didn't want to be married. Filing for this divorce coincided with his book release. Going on a tour and being gone is a great way to not face up to your issues. He let her go through IVF, and how he handled it was cruel. She needs closure. He won't give her any emotional peace. Move on Jeannie. That behavior is manipulative and cruel.

Mama Mai moved in towards the end of Jeannie's pregnancy which was high risk. Its not uncommon for mothers to move in to take care of their daughters and Jeannie did battle post partum so having her mother there was a huge help for her. Jeezy ended up asking her mom to leave so its just been her brother there. From the looks of things Jeezy just wanted out because he praised Jeannie just a month ago.

This is my first time watching this video. I remember when Jeezy said all of that. I believe he enjoyed it but he did not get enough privacy with all of them living there, after a while. The situation can be worked on anf repaired, if both people wants it. I saw Jeezy on several shows and he always spoke the same about Jeannie, so he knew what she was about. From being in the media to a mother and a housewife. I really wish they can work it out.

I get it. I had issue with divorcing my ex husband because I didn’t want to loose the family. I was closer to his Parents than I was to my own. I knew I would loose that family once I made the decision to leave my ex husband.
It was a difficult transition for me and took time to finally make the decision to leave him. Please note my Ex Husband was a very Anger and Bitter man. He was Enabled by his family members. So me done with being his enabling punching bag would not be understood by them. Basically me leave meant that they would have to deal with his issues without me.

I couldn’t stand their son anymore so if they took his side and cut off their relationship with me, I would have been sad but understood. 5 years after our divorce, They still consider me family and check in with me a few times a year. Hanging in there to save you marriage is not being miserable, it’s called honoring you commitment, making sure if you have kids you are showing them what it means to honor you words, to provide and guide and show them the purpose of family. Marriage is not a game and not to be taken lightly and is not for the weak or faint at heart. Paying a mortgage for 30 years is a misery that many do, while others unfortunately, don’t for many reasons. But The ones that stick it out at the end have a blessing when they reach the last mortgage payment. He needs to just tell the truth, in my opinion, is that the lust, the newness etc.. did what it normally does when you are no longer interested, fades away. Love doesn’t operate like that. Love doesn’t’ allow you to sit own in an interview praising someone that you already have filed the papers to divorce. Love doesn’t allow you to plot the divorce becoming public because you don’t have the guts to tell a person in their face, love doesn’t let you leave a kid in a broken home, etc… when God retired the 10 commandments he instituted just one demand, that we love one another as we love ourself. It really isn't that hard. He didn't want to be married. Filing for this divorce coincided with his book release. Going on a tour and being gone is a great way to not face up to your issues. He let her go through IVF, and how he handled it was cruel. She needs closure. He won't give her any emotional peace. Move on Jeannie. That behavior is manipulative and cruel.

Just another example of two people that were not meant to be together. Your family background and upbringing plays a tremendous role in your marriage whether people want to admit it or not. Someone raised in a broken single parent household has no exposure or experience or understanding of what it is the be raised in a intact two parent family oriented household. And vice versa. One can only imagine what it is like. They then in turn try to imitate what they think a marriage is or should be. And it does not work. Jeezy is not marriage material nor is he a family man. Just look at the fact he never married his baby mommas and has kids out of wedlock. He made Jeannie another of his single baby mommas. Mama Mai moved in towards the end of Jeannie's pregnancy which was high risk. Its not uncommon for mothers to move in to take care of their daughters and Jeannie did battle post partum so having her mother there was a huge help for her. Jeezy ended up asking her mom to leave so its just been her brother there. From the looks of things Jeezy just wanted out because he praised Jeannie just a month ago.

This is my first time watching this video. I remember when Jeezy said all of that. I believe he enjoyed it but he did not get enough privacy with all of them living there, after a while. The situation can be worked on anf repaired, if both people wants it. I saw Jeezy on several shows and he always spoke the same about Jeannie, so he knew what she was about. From being in the media to a mother and a housewife. I really wish they can work it out.
