It is essential to spot a liquidity sweep pattern that occurs before high price reaches your point of interest. If you can identify the specific zones in the market where large pool of money is resting, such as stop losses, buy or sell orders,Then you can prevent catastrophic losses.
When a trader gets stopped out of a position, the market absorbs the funds associated with that stop loss. Which is very common in modern day trading

SMC only works if you understand how it works and how to spot liquidity based on experience you can’t just trade any order blocks or poi that as been shown a valid poi must have liquidity or inducement taken out to confirm a high probability before place a sell or buy position
