Thank you Noxy! Like I said due to my diet I know I'm not getting in the amount I should be getting! So I'm not scared of getting too much in and it causing side effects BUUUTTT anything is possible and I will keep you updated on my journey!
I've used the Neovita hair gummies for about 2 months and currently using the biotin capsule from the brand Solgar which I've purchased from faithful to nature. I've also been struggling to get my hair to grow past a certain length and I believe the biotin has helped with the growth, it's not a massive growth but I can see the difference and it looks healthier.

Also Thank you for sharing your experience Alison it's definitely good to hear that it's working for you and like also said crazy growth isn't going to happen over night but being consistent over a long period surely will lead to great results!
