Hi. I was looking for dim sum recipe that did not use wheat starch(it is rather hard to find in my country) so i decided to give your recipe try. I've seen other clear dumplings recipes use tapioca starch so you can try that instead. I think if you use all-purpose flour it's probably not going to be clear anymore.

I tried these.. they came out super... only thing is they were not as transparent as yours.. I realised willl have to make thinner also I noticed that putting salt in the mixture just before filling will stop that to be watery
