I’ve been trying to figure out where in my life he wanted me to be more dependent, but Chad’s words about being unafraid to “swim in the deep end” of life really captured what I think he may have meant. It’s not about depending on him only where I need him, but positioning myself in ways that I regularly depend on him more so he can continue to grow me. ❤ Thanks for sharing about our Father’s wisdom, Tori & Chad!
It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one who struggles with the comparison of parenthood when you come from parents who don’t express their appreciation of raising us. Children are a gift from God and it’s a beautiful privilege to be able to bring life into this world.
I shared a video from you guys with my boyfriend and he knew how much I really like to journal. Then, last Christmas, he surprised me with Mr. Pen highlighters! It was so sweet! I didn't ask for that and it was a small part of the video but he picked up on it and gifted me them. Now I use them all the time!🥰🥰
Want to thank you guys for this video. Been such a discouraging week of confusion. I’m 36 weeks with our second baby who up until a few days ago was head down with a planned homebirth, and she’s now flipped to breech. Have had different and conflicting opinions from midwives and at this stage, have been feeling so lost and confused. It felt up until this point that God was pointing us towards a peaceful and God-glorifying and redeeming homebirth after the stress and trauma of my 1st birth, and it feels confusing to have that potentially taken away. Have also dealt with a sickness bug that wiped me out to the point where I had to go into hospital yesterday to check my baby was okay and get fluids for severe dehydration. But a friend sent me a voice note saying that God is not a God of confusion and disorder, but of clarity and peace. She also mentioned that in her 1st pregnancy, midwives and doctors were telling her so many conflicting and confusing things about her baby that at the end of the pregnancy she just chose to ignore them all and listen to what God was saying. Tori, what you were saying about not listening to the voices around you and instead listening to the holy spirit spoke to me so deeply because it resounded with what my friend had just been saying to me. Thank you for that. I am just choosing to listen to Gods voice first and what my husband is also saying God has said to him. We are praying and believing that our baby will flip back around and that I will be able to give birth at home. This will be another beautiful testimony of Gods triumph and promises over the voices of the world. Thank you for this message guys, it has been extremely edifying and encouraging ❤
Mannnn. The obstacle to happiness vs the opportunity for holiness really hit home today. It's been an incredibly stressful week in our house and I admit I've failed in how I reacted to alot of these stresses because I've looked at them as obstacles to my happiness instead of opportunities for holiness. Thank you for sharing this and for encouraging as well as convicting me in my walk with God. ❤️
Oh my goodness so good! When you all said: “We typically want easy, right? We seek comfort and control. And it’s hard to embrace the hard things. It’s hard to die to ourselves. It’s hard to put others before ourselves. But we can look at it as an opportunity for holiness and see ourselves being purified verses just resenting situations because it’s impacting our previous life stage of when we got a little bit more sleep and freedom. But sleep and freedom only fed our own flesh! In parenthood, we are having the opportunity to feed the Spirit living in us.” “Being a parent is tough for good parents” Keeping this in the notes in my phone to remember. As a single Young Man, This whole video really helped give me an overview of God's plan for my life... like in a movie where someone has a treasure map but you can only see the names of the places you have been in; you can see that you have to cross "mountains" or maybe a weird "river" on the map but it says "???" over it, as in You know what's ahead (the river or mountains or etc...) but you don't know the names of the places and you won't see them until you get there, so Just Enjoy The Journey and after you reach a new destination, Grow in it and get to know the area and don't try to go back to the previous landmark because you know you have to keep going Forward Towards The Treasure! GOD'S Mercies are new every day... Its Ok to Not know everything, Just make sure to leave It in God's hands and Trust Him that He will Be With You and He Will help you through and be Faithful to His Promises!

9:30 this was for me today.. I am experiencing so much ups&downs these days in work place. I was so thankful for God’s plan for me and the wonderful things he have done for me, and suddenly the hardship comes and I can’t handle those emotions between people so I grumble againts God like why is this happening to me. what do you want to do. what is your plan why am I suffering.. But then, these days I was reading the old testament and was surprised how Pharaoh’s heart can be that hardened and repeat the same thing over and over again(eventhough God intentionally hardened his mind to show people His work), and also how Israelites repeatedly sin and grumble against God&Moses. Like I was just surprised to see how they could grumble that much that repeatedly to God when he just has a wonderful plan for them if they could follow His plan delightfully. But today as I was complaining to God and after seeing this vlog, I was shocked that I was no different than Israelites and Pharaoh and other ancestors who kept sinning. I realized that as I walk with God, he just want me to overcome those hardships with delightful mind and fix my heart on Jesus. Thank you for your vlog

God has been so faithful to me I exalt his name now and everyday of my life. ☦️🙏❤️Awesome God ❤️my family are happy once again and can now afford anything for my family even with my Retirement.$57k weekly returns has been life changing, after so much struggles.
My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $200K can retire broke & someone making $80K can retire a millionaire. With the current market movement.
What does that mean, to put yourself in a place where you really need God to come through? To have more kids than you think you can handle? Take a financial risk? Do less and expect more? That’s just such a vague concept to throw out there, and I’m not sure biblically what that means or looks like. I need God to come through every day. I need his spirit to flow through me moment to moment or I’ll screw something up. In fact my day is basically just me alternating in and out of walking in the spirit. Things go well when I do, and they go poorly when I don’t, when I sin. And when I sin I have Jesus to praise for redeeming me and I have confession and repentance to restore my relationship with him and whomever I have sinned against. But in this way, God “coming through” for me is entirely dependent on my willingness to submit to his spirit and his word. It’s not just me taking a risk and then holding my breath while I try to trust him for the outcome. I’d sure like to know what you mean.
I never had kids but I think God uses my pets the same way he uses kids to illustrate a consuming love. Matter of fact, God uses my cats to teach me a lot of things.
