- You will access your higher self in the akashic fields where you will receive clarity to confusion, answers to key questions and other guidance. Your higher self has lived not just your lifetime but every possible path of your life and other incarnations. This is a gentle session that you can listen to as you fall asleep or sit in a chair should you wish to remain awake or experience this as a lucid dream. You can also consider the higher self a manifestation of the divine that shows you facets of wisdom just for you. Whether awake or asleep, simply set your intention and experience divine love in this new hypnotic journey.

You can think of your higher self as your inner advisor, your intuition, or as God or gods. They are not only the most intelligent being; they are also the kindest and wish to give you not just key messages but also unconditional divine love.
The two of you convene in the akashic fields as your higher self is a multi-dimensional being that expands beyond linear time-space. They have lived every permutation of any number of choices and decisions not just in your lifetime but in all past and future and even possible incarnations of your soul.
This session prepares you for the meeting by a gentle letting go of doubts and a gradual building of trust and connection with your higher self even before you meet. This allows you to open up your heart space and discard ego and false identity, to reveal the true, authentic you. Your biggest block will be your own fears and limited thinking, as it is for everyone, so do take your time with this session.
You are then guided into relaxation to enter theta state, the gateway to other dimensions.
When you meet your higher self they have a key message for you. You then have time to ask several questions.
Before you leave, you receive an energetic infusion from your higher self.

For anyone who questions if this works , I have three words : it really does. I started this meditation with not too much intentions. Just general wondering if Ive been effective or not in helping the people in my life. So as I’m floating off…I said I don’t know if I’ll be able to meet you today but I want to know if the love I send to you everyday you are receiving ….suddenly a deep voice said YES…I’m a small woman so I didn’t think my higher self would sound like that ! But anyway …as I’m floating through what seemed like many states of being ( air - water- liquid etc ) I got a voice in my head that said “ you are here on a mission…your mission is just to be you ….your helping that way…just vibrate high“ well I’m more confused then ever. So I say to my higher self am I allowed to know anything ? And suddenly my physical body did the strangest thing….My arm just lifted …I swear I wasn’t controlling my own movements. My arm basically lifted and hugged myself…Like really HARD….and then my head shook no….I am just coming out now and I don’t know what to make of it. 🤷♀️

The first time I listened to this I feel I momentarily hit my head with my high self. The second time I listened to this at the end I hugged myself tight as if it was me and my higher self. I smile each time. I am very grateful for this 🙏❤

Just woke up from accessing the Akashic fields and my higher self showed me 3 things- I will have a bee hive in the future, bees and I have a special connection… I will have a family of 5-6 kids, my first born will be a girl, ~ 3 girls and 2 boys… and my hair is my antenna and I need to get a hair trim asap to keep the connection healthy!

Woah, first time i felt such intense pull into a "dream?" Like being pull/sucked into somewhere else in my thoughts. My visions showed me a house in the western country i once dreamt before but wasn't sure why I'm being there? The scene disappear when i try to find out the date of a magazine i found on the table. I wasn't sure if what i see is the answer to what i seek/ask but it's a cool short experience.
Ok I did this one last night and though I didn't exactly see or hear my higher self I did have words pop into my head several times. I will keep trying this
Go with the sense(s) that resonate the most. Auditory may be stronger for you then visuals. And use ALL your senses to receive information. Hope that helps.
