I have these in black and red Make sure to go through and lock tight everything One issue I had with mine some of the screws were too long Rub down my axle shaft and cause it to snap in half How I addressed my problem I and shaped just enough off The screws In the front and rear axle

I did this too ): ended up totally stripping out the threads in the axle tube when it loosened up. Got some helicoils otw though

Highly considered grabbing a set of these but ended up just staying straight axle on my scx10.2. I did snag some treal housings and knuckles. Kinda regret it after watching this lol

They have been some good axles for the money I am now running a 2500kv 10p revolver motor with them now and no problem with them just the drive shaft time to upgrade those

@@rc.terminator Good to know! May have to grab a set and start another build for that price! And I've been using the what I believe are Hot Racing drive shafts on my 7+lbs scx10.2 for 6 months with zero issues. There is still absolutely no slop in them after a ton of wheel hopping, and sudden stops.

Did you lose shock travel in the front due to the large pumpkin? The axles are different design between scx10 and scx10ii, if I'm not mistaken.
I tried this and lost all travel in the front...
On scx10, the pumpkin is large.
Sxc10ii, they are small. Frame components moved out of the way on the scx10 to allow for axle mounted servo

I keep it as a 3 link front with a chassis servo and now it does seem to have a lot of flex that way I do get full shock compression on the front

They just may as long as the drive shafts line up they are set up to be a 3link front or a 4link

Hey bud great video and I also bought those same axles too and have the same issue on the front axle so did you make a video on the front axle tear down and rebuild.

I agree with you on that I did send them back for a replacement and the new ones did the same but I did do the gear flip and they been very good axles
