Somebody needs to do a crash course on nautical terminology - a canoe or a kayak has one hull - a catamaran has two hulls - tri means three/tres thus a trimaran has three hulls.
I want to see more of what they can do for people who are handicapped or disabled and what you can do to make life easier that is comfortable and easy to use and electric vehicles or scooters and chairs that is solo powered.🥰
@9:30 These craft are amazing. They allow you to view under the water as you travel, to predict and anticipate issues, while facing waves and obstaclesahead and around you in the water...
The one off steel hulled boat *was* obviously styled as a Canal Boat, which were normally of wood construction, and built on the lower area, like a barge and have a small engine that probably were not much more than 25 to 30 HP. It's interior looks more like a Class A Motorhome.
I have av 25 years old boat that is very similar to the Vanqraft in the first clip. My boat is a Hydrolift X17 (17 feet) with 175HP Mercury waterjet. It reaches the speed of a little over 50 knots (58mph / 93kmh). And I paid just under $ 7000 for it last year. I have seen several others for around $10 - 15 000, but got a good deal on the one I bought.
I had a Hydrostream 17' w/ a 350 Mariner engine. It weighed 400 lbs and was shaped like the concord jet. The day the owner took me for a ride, he outran the local harbor police w/ had three 200 HP motors ... he did wind up with a ticket (doing 82 in a 12), tho as they chased him down with a copter... when we arrived at the dock, I have him $5k and changed the prop too pick up the speed a bit. Could make a tremendous rooster tail and could be fun going under low bridges.
Some inaccuracies in this video. The Walhalla is a wide beam boat designed to be used on wide canals and rivers of the uk, its not made for the sea although you can indeed cross the channel in it, it is by no means a sea going barge. I was looking at purchasing it when it was for sale in 2019, but went with a narrow boat so I can do more of the uk network.
The Jet Stream can even jump rapids!!. WOW. Amazing feat for a boat like that. You mean it can jump logs, and small islands, a whole lot more. Rapids....LOL They are amazing little boats
I have , I was also amazed by their boat skills. The helmsman would tap his head to indicate he was about to do a sharp turn/spin . I was on the back corner and had to move my head an inch to avoid the rock overhang as we were warned pre trip. 60mph in 3inchs of water. Top Gun of boat men and I have been around boats since a baby. Queenstown is the extreme sports capital of the world so its not surprising modern bungee jumping came from there.
The writer of the narrator's words obviously doesn't know what a trimaran is. A trimaran has 3 hulls - tri indicates 3. The boat you say is a trimaran is actually a catamaran - a 2 hulled boat.
The pedal boat is a Monohull (meaning 1 hull) not a Catamaran (meaning 2 hulls) The boat following it is a Catamaran you called it a Trimaran (meaning 3 hulls) it is not a Trimaran. You finally got it right for the *Galaxy of Happiness* . Yes it's a Trimaran.
4:16 that is a catamaran not a tri-maran. A tri-maran has 3 hulls this only has 2 so it's a catamaran. Also 10:20 is not a one off. These can be built to order by the company that makes them and I know of 3 existing that I've seen.
I want to know how you take the "Thrillseeker's Best Friend" boat to a **desert** island @ (2:58)? How well does the boat maneuver in a desert ? Usually water is required.
In this video your speaking bot called a single hull pedal boat a catamaran, and a twin hulled ferry a trimaran. Might want to check your proof reading....
The pedal hydrofoil boat is really cool. The little jet boats are awesome. Grindhard plumbing channel built an awesome little 1. But they build all kinds of awesome fast vehicles. As for the electric race boat it's pretty cool. I'm just not impressed with ev tech right now. When we get zero point energy & a better power storage that's whe ev's will be worth it. Right now you're still getting 80 to 90% of your electricity from fossil fuels. So you're not really doing that much good. You're only giving your money away for very expensive tech that isn't really going to last that long.
We should be going H2 fuel cells or H2 powered engines...we can adapt hydrocarbon engines to H2 ...for decades ...so why don't we ? Anything that is diesel is not electric only so stop your bs

Was about to say the same😄
Yes, that confused me too.
🎉😂

The boats in Canada are the same boats used in Oregon USA on the rouge river. This is not a new design but a new manufacturer.
These manufacturers are smoking crack coming up with their retail prices.
I like the hovercraft too
4:15 Two hulls = Catamaran not a Trimaran.

Спасибо.
Take a look at the Shot-Over boats used in New Zealand.

Sounds a lot like my idea 10yrs ago
Because it makes perfectly good sense
From the sleek and futuristic-looking yachts to the powerful and agile jet skis, these water vehicles are truly on another level.
Bro
U sound like this utuber
wonderful
Most of these things are way over priced for regular people .🥰

Reeve's 68 ,.
I would live on this
They cater more for the rich than average people
i like all and i want all.
Good ideas

simon whistler, is that you?
Nice 👍🏽
Lots of interesting craft.... but catamaran = 2 hulls, trimaran = 3 hulls.
You buy the world's only two hull trimaran in the world.
1:17 Most automotive and engine improvements came from racing. Electric racing vehicles should be heavily promoted.
Nice
So that fomula E boat has to stop for a recharge in the middle of the race.
Can you say forfeit.
"ON ANOTHER LEVEL" = don't waste your time.
Good Morning
Tri-maran? Where is the third pontoon?
That's just a hydrofoil, it's been around for decades. 🤦♂️
Editing and voiceover screwed. 4:15 screwed up, not a trimeran.
Trimaran‽ I'm definitely interested in their cloaking technology
Yes is fox.

... you confused a catamaran with a trimaran, a minute 7 .36 you have a trimaran
Please change your video voices to GenAm. I have to watch the same videos in Spanish, Portuguese, German or even Russian.🥺

Don’t tell me let me guess the it’s the stealth canal bat mobile stealth shaped so as not to disturb the ducks am I right you are quackiers
You lost me at $200k.
4:15 yes well. the rest of the world calls them catamarans, not trimarans.
But don't let that deflate your ego.
