DISCLAIMER: The following video is a fan-made video and is in no way associated with the official Initial D or MF Ghost series.
The long awaited Part 2! This has been in the works for quite awhile, and has taken me countless hours to put together, but after the reception that the first video got, I knew I owed you a part 2! Glad I could finally get it all together. This could possibly be my last render in Unreal Engine 4, I am excited to take the plunge into Unreal Engine 5 and see what I can do there!
This is a digital 3D render I created using Maya, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine 4. Character animated using Mixamo. Thanks to my buddy Tim for letting me record his AE86 for sound effects!
Story: "Year 2030: First they came for the racecars. Congress failed to pass the RPM act, which allowed the EPA to destroy motorsports as we know it. Soon after that, they passed a worldwide bill banning gasoline vehicles from the streets forever. Now all that's left are empty metal shells filled with memories of times past. Each one tells a unique story, but mother nature is slowly erasing them from existence."

Takumi after he blew his engine: "I want to keep it. I'll fix it up, little by little, with my own money"

In the manga he has the 86 scrapped

So here's my story on we got up to this point of the video:
Takumi retires from street racing joins the British National Rally Championship and signed up for Toyota to be a rally driver. After his crashed, he retired and created a racing school where one of his students is Kanata and after he finally earned a lot of money from his racing school. He built a repair shop in Japan near his house in Gunma. He then remembers his beloved ae86 and decided to pick it up since he has built a repair shop and he picked the 86 up and took it to his shop and starts fixing everything up from removing the rust to fixing the engine up to repainting the car in the same panda colors paint job and he appiled the Fujiwara Tofu Shop sticker to the side of the car to remind him that this car that used belong to his dad will always be a legend since it's the car that made him a legend on the street racing scene.
Damn I will give money to watch that be animated
But man's still can't drive it because gas powered cars are banned, maybe it will be a museum piece?
@@KitKitChanIsaac Street Racing is already illegal, why bother following one law while breaking another.
I hope this idea becomes canon in MF Ghost. This would literally be the perfect set up for a teacher vs. student boss race at or near the end of the series to show to us the "passing of the torch" moment from one 86 to the other. Bonus points if it's on Mount Akina. I pray to the car gods that the author, Shuichi Shigeno, is reading these comments and viewing these videos.
