We would never call to sell, it was always just to introduce ourselves and let them know if they ever need a backup option, we are available. If the conversation was going well we would talk about how we are different/what makes us special. I'm actually looking to do a new video/episode around this topic, perhaps this week, so keep an eye out for that :)
