Alot a of guys complain with folding in the auger at every unload, well so does the combine everytime it unload, we have the an right side unload, no issues at all
Tom Hofer we actually leave our augers out almost all the time in the field, combine or grain cart. Only time the cart auger is folded is at the beginning and when the last load comes of the field, otherwise the combine folds theirs back if we are to close or if a combine gets full and has to let the other combine go in front. This is for corn were there are a lot more bushels coming off the field than in wheat or canola.
@@philiplogemann314 Not arguing, just wondering.....How many 90deg auger castings do you break, or are the fields really smooth on the ends, no pivot tracks etc.? Seems like a LOT of necessary stress, or you run a Gleaner, but still??
@@anthonyklein2944 we havent broken any castings before, we do have problems with drive hubs from the gearbox to auger, everytime you start the auger after unfolding there is shockloading when the two auger halves mesh. There are some sprayer tracks that can be rough but we slow down coming the ends. We run NH CR8.90 combines.

I was expecting to see TWO unloading augers! Nice cart, it has a lot of nice features, good luck with it.
Some innovative ideas. I like the clean out gate to clean out the grain. I can see that coming in handy.

How is anyone supposed to see that gauge from the tractor for the track pressure?? I know I couldn't
Should also put the bolts from the inside out in the cart it would clean out better. I do like running these carts
Can the tracks handle a crown of a road fully loaded?
Put that easy drag auger disengage on a hydraulic cylinder so you can turn it off/on from the cab.
I prefer the belts over that gear box
