For packs I recommend Crown Zenith if you can get your hands on them. They have the best pull rates as well as some good priced chase cards. My friend pulled the highest price card (Giratina VSTAR) while on call with me doing a pack battle. However, if you want to chase Pikachu, Surging Sparks is currently the newest and most hyped set with a $400-$500 Pikachu (until the next set which is selling out preorders)
