I did that in the 1980s. In Oakland county, MI. I made thousands of dollars doing that. Part time. I worked at the company with the largest golf league in the county (where they have the Oakland Open every year) and collected golf balls along the fairways of many golf courses. Golf balls bury themselves after a few, rains,so you have to know how to look for them. And I would snorkle for them. Golf balls do get water logged. You have to bounce test them. I would wash them, bounce test them and grade them. And separate them by brand. I had every relative, friend and co-worker saving egg cartons for me. Gold balls that hadn’t been in the water long were fine, however ones that had been in the water for months were waterlogged but great shag balls for driving. I remember diving ponds where the balls were literally 3 feet thick on the bottom of the pond. But, by far, the best balls you will find are along the fairways and they will get buried, but a trained eye can spot them. Good luck, you’ve got gold there. I had tens of thousands of golf balls on hand. If it’s a good pond you don’t even need to see the bottom, just reach down and get ya some! I sold the waterlogged balls for pennies but the good ones back then I could get $7 a dozen. There were more than a dozen golf courses within 10 miles from my home in Walled Lake, MI. I don’t live in MI anymore. Walking where you walked in the woods, I would have found 4 times what you guys found. Not because I think I’m better than you, but because I know how to look for them. There literally are millions $$$ to be made in reclaimed golf balls. If I was a young man, I’d be doing it.
Best way to find golf balls is to go to Walmart and get a uv light and go look for them at night. The uv light makes the balls glow so you can see them easily.
I worked at a golf course as a teen, many years ago, and we used a metyel thing that had fins that we dragged across the pond. It would catch the balls in the fins. and they were sold as used in the shop. As a younger kid we dove in some other course ponds until they kicked us out. We were not members. There are also a lot of gators in Florida golf ponds now
Hey Guys, I'm sure you know that those golf balls are worth quite a bit of $ honey, they just need to dry out. It was so very Cool to share with the ole dude's! I'm sure they thanked you. Right on, ya got Britain with you. He is one of my all time favorite people on the magnet Fishers as well, but now he's doing very serious, but important work with helping recover loved ones of others..under water that went missing. No wonder you know him, you are both so watchable and appreciated! I'm absolutely sure you guys's had fun together. Great Supervisor Brandon. You got wet anyway. He he.❤you too. GBU.,SM.,NZ.,✌❤🙂🤟
It was great to meet you a month ago in winder! Such a humble man even with the unfortunate circumstances of the bad person that deleted your channel! God bless and let’s get you more than before! Let’s get it army!
Would you be able to come to Australia Perth there is a golf course called marangaroo they have a pond and a lot of bush land if possible please comment back
There is golf course by me that. The course is called Johnson Park Golf Course. Come and clean the pond and keep the animals safe from becoming extinct.
When I was in college I took scuba diving and was on the sheriff's department dive team. 1 year I contacted the local private country club to scuba dive for golf balls. it was a good zero visibility dive and I worked out a deal with the golf course that I got 2 free rounds of golf for the golf balls. It was great for a college student. free diving and free golf balls.
Loved this - I learned to play golf when I was very oung. I noticed that when there is a hole with water hazards or sand traps, people try to ignore them but their eyes get drawn to them anyway! Often golfers over compensate intimidated by the hazard! I played several courses where you don't try to play the ball in the roug because of snakes, or alligators in water holes! Fun game that messes with your head!
I live on a golf course and there’s like a huge lake probably 4x the size of that called hells point golf course, they would probably be down to work something out
Haha I work as a server at a golf course. Last summer we drained our pond on the 18th hole and there was probably over 20 thousand golf balls, quite a few clubs, and a couple umbrellas from our patio lol Was a great day for the pro shop
My wife walks our dog each morning on 10-12 on our course…she averages about a ball a day,…30 dozen a year. These are the easy ones to spot, there are some ravines on the same route that no one will search for that I can pick up 50 balls a month per location. I have had to master the art and science of cleaning and rating my balls:) After trial and error and watching YT videos, by far the young man that discovered how to use a paint mixing wand on a high speed drill in a 5 gal paint bucket should get an award for saving me hours of time trying to clean balls. I have quite enjoyed finding my friends marks and returning them to them once I get a half dozen:) the rest I give to kids, my golfing buddies, or slowly return the balls I found to whence they came. We are getting ready to cut down 4ft course covering a ravine that cuts across a par 5 soon. With enough deep woods off, I hope to recover 500-750 left there since the last time they cut. The things we will do to save $55 from buying a dozen ProVs.
Try diving the airborne disc golf preserve in Clearwater mb. It’s a new disc golf course that was originally a ball golf course. I know some of the ponds are to deep to dive without gear and I know disc golfers would love to get some discs back.
Hey Tristan & Brandon! Always enjoy you & your friends together being silly! Hope that golf course paid you for all those balls! At least enuf to cover your air tank refils and a free meal & drinks! P.S. I like your hair like it is! Looks great!
Glad to see Brandon spending time with you. Love the hair the way it is. But im sure it depends more on what your girl thinks than everyone else. Even if Brandon means well. Lol
The country club I belong too has been open since 1923 & nobody has ever dove the water hazard/lake. People also fish it so there's a ton of stuff in it. I know multiple people who have lost phones, clubs, fishing gear, etc.
It's weird that while your scubadiving the people watching the videos see every golf ball you might have missed. This litterally gives me anxiety hahahhahahahahah
my home course prolly has one of the most famous water hazards in indiana. 8 out of every 10 golfers that play #2 at Stonehenge GC hit it in this pond. you could make a fortune in a couple mins
Ahaha….love it, just found this vid for whatever reason….we used to do same with a mask only in Southern Chile, water was cold but we were young and strong!😅
I worked at chateau Elan in Braselton Georgia for 4 years and still talk to the staff there! I could probably get y’all into the ponds and their is about 5. Let me know and I’ll try to get y’all in.

I work at a golf course in Michigan and you would be surprised by the amount of golfers who take off their shoes and go in the water to try and find their balls.
Ok, it's the sequel to the last video of retrieving golf balls. Yappy in the last video: I never want to see another golf ball again. I guess he's fine with golf balls. Again.
COME TO ST.CLAIR GOLF COURSE IN Michigan PLEASE COME HERE. We have one water hazed which a car drove in. Theirs a giant lake that's by a resident area so who knows what's by there and there's a lot of streams of water and I know for shure no one has dived or went into the water hazards for more than 10+ pulse years. Its a perfect place and I know even more course that gets even more golf balls from a surface point of view. And when your done you can go to the jawars a golf range and go their and give those balls to them its a win win win all around. Please come to st.clair shores Michigan
I have 3 home courses that have Never been dived. And I know for a fact there’s millions. A golfer didn’t put the break on at one course last year and the golf cart and two bags are still in there. Both bags got atleast a thousand bucks of clubs in em

Keep the long hair, it looks good!
You can see if you can do Golden Eagle in Fifty lakes MN and Northland County Club in Duluth MN
Never knew happy liked grabbing and playing with balls 😂😂😂😂 appreciate your work yappy, quit slacking brandon
You should dive Edgewood golf course in big bend wi. Right on a river with lots of water hazards.
Before I watch this video imma guess that I'm just gonna here "ooOooOoOOOO" every golf ball he finds
Happy new year’s
You sould do a challenge where you throw a certain color type of golf ball and try and find it.
Hahahahahaha you can’t be showing that old man’s miss like that 😂😂😂

That is so many golf balls. Great job guys
Golf ball hunting is a lot of fun. I leave the ones in the water alone though. A water ball always wants to go back in the water for some reason LOL.
Brandon needs to do his country voice all the time
Yes sir that is crazy thanks for the hard work bro love the videos.💪
come to spring texas there's TONS of courses around and so many of them are nice and hard to play so people suck
You should come to Bracketts Crossing Country Club in Lakeville, Minnesota. I’m sure you could find a lot of cool and good balls.
Did anybody see how many he missed
Yeah
Yeah he missed a lot but that ok 👌
He should try fulling the entire trashcan or for an even bigger challenge two trash cans
Yeah it really annoyed me but he did a good job tho 👌

Yeah
Awesome video. Really enjoy watching your videos. Keep it coming.
I work at a golf course in Michigan and you would be surprised by the amount of golfers who take off their shoes and go in the water to try and find their balls.
Yeah. Some good pro v1 or tp5 will be like 4 or 5 dollars each. It's like 40-50$ a dozen for the two best golf balls on the market
All I have to say is wow
the people who disliked must have lost these golf balls

Good stuff guys. In South African Golf Courses the guys make a living of finding golf balls. Sell them to the Golfers on the day.
