We were in Penny pack park on the Boulevard and people were riding dirt bikes on the paths, swimming beach chairs lounging in the water no park ranger to be seen.

These people should be aware that stormwater runoff goes into the creeks. Pools have chlorinated water for a reason.

That's a problem in America. Poor kids have nowhere to go to let loose and enjoy. I am 60 now and cannot believe how un free the youth of America are. Got to me from a well off family just to get a car and insurance now. They can't do this and they can't do that. 3,000 law enforcement agencies in the US and still unsafe as hell. They spend the most on medical but have least coverage for the citizens. Kid can have an assault rifle before he can even have a beer. Crazy place.
