God bless you my Catholic Brothers in the Chaldean rite. The stories of your people being putting smile while being Martyred are empowering us in the Western Catholic rite

Great video, just a small correction. None of these terms are “Chaldean”. Church of the East and other Assyrian churches use these words. They are not uniquely used by the Chaldean Catholic Church. The Chaldean name is just a misnomer that was given to us. Even Ethiopians we’re called Chaldean. It is a meaningless name that is used to describe our church denomination. Since “Chaldean” is the name of our church, it is not our ethnicity nor is it the language we speak. Surath is our language as you’ve also written, the word Surath derives from the ancient word ‘Ashurath’. It means Assyrian. As Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).

This is correct as far as I know. Chaldean has to do with the religious affiliation when some people in the Assyrian church wanted to submit to Rome. Chaldeans are ethnic Assyrians.

Your wrong just another ignorant that tries to claim everything is Assyrian, the chaldeans existence dates back to the Babylonian empire and the Chaldeans destroyed the Assyrians and fully kicked them out of Mesopotamia. Abraham was chaldean of the Ur of Chaldees clearly mentioned in old testimony unless you want to claim that that's wrong too!

John's verse that you just used you should apply it to yourself rather than being brain washed and live the lie that we are all Assyrians coz if you deny history you surely can't deny the old testimony go look up the chaldeans and stop spreading lies
