Cut them in half, put some butter on the cut side. Then cook cut side down on the charcoal grill or your non-stick pan. Get some toasty grill marks but don't let the peaches get too soft. It was so much fun seeing you use the ingredients from Nagano! I've never seen most of them before so that was really cool. As always, your decorations are so beautiful - the fruits on the bread were adorable and I loved the little "obi" on the mushroom rice ball. I spent my day today baking, I made pizzelle cookies and a few types of cheese crackers, plus some dip for a veggie platter I'm putting together.
