I've already found my base spot (it's actually on your list) but I didn't even think about some of those other cool spots. Will have to scout a couple of them out now just in case 🍻
For location 10, you cannot climb the walls with the enforcer, but you can get it up there on the roof with no trouble thanks to the root growing out of the bridge nearby.
