My 20years old son has come home from work with electric wire full of Cooper very heavy 4inchs wide & 8ft long he is going to take it to the scrap yard £250.& the other wire is for the scrapmen to pick up

16:50 - those drinks. I'd have taken them. Out of date, but still good, would have been my judgement call. But that is just me. One can go by the use-by date. Then I would try to have the presence of mind to take close notice upon the first opening to clearly tell if they've been previously started and, if so, then nah. If not previously started then they are good for my personal use. Those types of drinks last for ages, although they shall eventually go south but only after a good long while. If it were the likes of Philadelphia cream [ got an ad for that with this ] then that is different. Immediate pass.

@PolyProphet yes, sorry. About 95% of garden hoses here in America the ends are brass. Not sure how the are down there but I'm guessing the same.
No unfortunately ours are 95% plastic. I’ve found a handful of brass ones over the last 3 years.

why do you take batteries out of kiddies toy cars you could donate them to nursery or kiddies hospital save them going in the landfill a lot of children would love them , hi from the uk
The battery is likely the reason it’s in hard rubbish. It needs replacing. I take them out so at least the battery doesn’t go to landfill. The cars are quite bulky to keep around and I’m struggling for space 🙂
