In the original Toei show the cockpit for the Getter 1 was originally in the chest and it had an eco-location system that projected the outside image on a screen, later the dinosaurs employed a device that disturbed this eco-location and Saotome was forced to modify the eagle so that the cockpit would move in the head and see through a window in Getter 1 mode. In the manga however this never happened, and the cockpit stayed in the chest until the end.

its a little weird that they kept Black's mouth grill on the Black Shin Getter in Arc, since it seemed that the point of it on the original was to airseal the busted cockpit back up. With the cockpit on the chest there's no point to it.

진겟타, 진드래곤 콕핏은 딱보기엔 편해보이는데 어쩐지 계속 타고있으면 어느샌가 스멀스멀 전선들이 내려와서는 내 몸 여기저기 척수신경들을 콱 찌르면서 겟타에 흡수당할거같은 느낌임
