【Chinese Paintings 9】Master

Wu Yi, the honorary president of the Nanjing Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. Wu Yi Art Museum located inside the Jinling Art Gallery in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. His art is highly respected by the Chinese cultural and art circles. The Jinling Art Gallery has published six more volumes of large Art Albums for Wu Yi. He had four more exhibitions in Wu Yi's Art Museum in the past six years . He also has traveling exhibitions in several provinces in China now.
In this video, you may see nine magnificent paintings by Master Wu Yi from 2019 to 2023. Master Wu Yi made this talk for an hour on July 9, 2023, in Chinese. Owing to the lecture's content involves the Chinese ancient civilization, ancient culture, and classical philosophical concepts; therefore, it's very difficult to translate into English. I just try my best. If you don't understand some terms, please leave me your comments, I will try to answer them. If I cannot answer, then I will check with my teacher and will get back to you later. Here, I divided my teacher's talk into nine sections for you may learn just a few concepts in one section.

This is the last one of a nine episodes series. The complete series gives an extraordinary philosophical thesis known as the Xiang Thought. Accompany with his assertions in the background, we also enjoy Prof. Wu's magnificent paintings made across past half century, and evident the style changes along his age.
