Bro, this is amazing, sums up the gameplay perfectly but it has that nice cinematic vibe to it. Also I'm glad you used star allies Kirby model, it looks much better. The cut to the dance was legendary, you could make an entire animated forgotten land movie lol.
OMGosh, The "Mickey Mousing" in this is so well done, if this wasn't done properly, than the "Mickey Mousing" would have been felt very restricted and underwhelming due to the limitations that come with trying to sync movements with music but you executed it so well that the music and animation feel nearly indistinguishable from one another, like the music is an extension of the animation itself rather than just background noise hanging in the air, Kinda makes me wish "Mickey Mousing" was used in more animated projects! A+ Stuff! 👍
I am fascinated that you use the game's own logic to execute this combat as it happens in the game. My favorite part is when the three of them start dancing like they're enjoying the beat and I'm afraid it's playing in the background.
This is one of my favorite SFM animations. Love how in beat the fight is, how well done it looks, love how Elfilin helps out, and 1:38 they take a moment to dance to the song, that's funny.
