Thanks so much! We've been having a devil of a time getting the word out about our project, so please share with your friends, and listen away! Thank you so much!
Yes, I suppose I do have Poison Ivy vibes going on! She is a child of nature, so that certainly fits our aesthetic. We'll take it! Thanks so much for listening!

Beautifully sang, but I need to know.... did you have to shave your beard for this video? After singing this Dwarven legend so wonderfully, surely you started developing a healthy, female dwarven beard! Seriously though, thanks for sharing this!
What a powerful voice and version of this song! 😍👏 Wow! I have another RPG- & fanfiction themed channel here on YT, may I use and credit this song for one of our gaming trailers, please? 😊⚔
Thanks for checking out the song! We’re a duo comprised of a guitarist/multi-instrumentalist/producer and a vocalist/pianist/lyricist. Our vocalist did these vocals; her name is Jessica Mercy. She has some solo work out and is the lead vocalist for Anaria as well. Hope this answers your question! ❤️
can i offer constructive criticism? im hella down for ladies to do remakes or whatever its called. that doesnt mean you need to sing higher. to me, if you sang 2 tones lower itd be more amazing. and less "anvil hitting noise" but sounded damn good to me! SKOL!
Thanks for your feedback! We set this in a key that was most comfortable for her voice type (she’s a very high soprano). Had we done it any lower, she would have had difficulty hitting the lower tones. :) Of course this is now quite an old piece for us, and we might do it slightly different nowadays, but it is how it is! We appreciate the listen and your comment!
When I sing, I sound like a dying warg that’s gagging. This is so good it gave me chills.
Fine expressive songs of the lonely mountain singing by female voice.... thanks 😊👍❤.
This deserves much more views

Return to Lonely Mountain

"... words unspoken, we will be there soon"
to our old home beneath... the lonely mountain
and beneath the silvery sliver of light that is the
rising and siting in the black night sky... 'The Black Moon'... "
where the dragon resides and lives
and it hoards our gold and takes and takes and it took and it hardly ever gives
and the dragon is hard and hearltess and unforgiven unlike like the mountain that he lives
and where the mountain it takes less but it gives and gives and gives
and we are relative's and we are ken
the brothers and sisters who once lived in
the shadows and forests of the misty and lonely mountains
where it is the riches of gold that has made us separate and a apart
and has made us all become lost and lose our way, some stil have em but some
have lost their heart
for the way is not always nice, for those who are lost
we wage the wars against tribal neighbors not thinking at first about the cost
and battle after battle we murder and we kill
and the victors spoils are the land and the hill
and some dig deeper and deeper into the mountain side
and they find their bravery and their pride
and they dig until found or luck makes them run into that vein of gold
and the miners don't stop diggen tell they become and are old
and or the vein runs out and it is no more
and then comes the ensuing and eminent, impending and inevitable war
and when the world finds out about and knows about the mountains wealth
it seams the gold steals away every ones reasoning, their sanity and their health
and war after war is fought, won and lost
with every one eventually feeling the horror hell and cost
and so then the kingdoms at war must begin to calm and reside
and for a time forget about all the gold still left deep in side
for what is left after the slaughter of endless war
is the peoples of the kingdoms knowing but knowing what it all has been for
of which its been mostly for the gold
and the young men and boys as soldiers, are murdered and killed and most do not get to grow old
and the women and sisters of the human and dwarf and elfen middle earth race
begin to wonder about the size of there cities populous shrinking and about weather they live in
or out of grace
with kinsmen and ken folk women's blood having been spilt upon the lands and grounds and fields
and woods of the misty mountain lands
and the stained blood on ALL the peoples hands
of their neighbors bodies, flesh and blood
maybe it will all wash off with the next big flood
and so now it has come to the final hour of time
that has passed by with no wars for 4 hundred years
except and if it where not for the wizard Gandolf who gathered the hobbit and the dwarves
and who held and kept the key that will unlock the secret door
to the lonely mountain so the mountain can be home for the lost once more
so that the lost gold that once was theirs
will belong once again to the future generation heirs
of the middle earth dwarf miners and hoping that no one will ever know and or maybe
after all this time nobody cares
about the hoards and hoards of gold
that is kept with in the lonely mountain and that is nobody elses but oinly theirs
...
"... words unspoken, well be there soon,
to our beloved home and forgotten city beneath the lonely mountain"
and beneath the silvery autumn moon

Who is this beautiful voice's owner ?
Jessica Mercy! She is the voice of this project and cinematic metal band Anaria. She also does solo stuff on RUclips on occasion! 😁

Красиво, но длительность можно было бы и сократить.

well that that depend on how high or low ones voice is, naturally. not everyone can sing low notes. and not everyone can sing high notes.
Im not usually impressed with female singers as most of them sound like crap, but you make this particular song sound better then the original.
Sounds like you have an issue with female singers in general, I doubt you're objective.
