In today’s video I’m going to take you thrifting into Goodwill and another local thrift store. I will show you some fun and interesting things I saw while thrifting as well as a small haul at the end of the video. I hope this video gives you some "Thrifting Inspiration”! :)

There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive second hand treasures just waiting for you. These items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt! Some of my favorite things to thrift for are home décor items, name brand clothing, vintage items and anything unique or handmade!

Jessica, I started watching your videos last year at the beginning of Covid when everything was shut down and I was really missing my thrifting trips. Thank you! I do have a running list of things I'm on the look out for (clothing, decor, housewares and bedding for the fabric), but I always come away with things I didn't know I needed 🤣. Lately I’ve been looking for vintage games from my childhood.
Elaine what kind of games are you in search of? I just remodeled a house. They gave me everything inside before I started cleaning painting all that kinda stuff. Games old movies alot of music CDs were in the hoard of stuff. Clothes antique's these people left every bit of there belongings behind. Now in my basement garage stuck everywhere. I did sort before boxing up so I no rite where all the games are. Some were board games. Some were for first Nintendo and Xbox ever made plus the first lil hand held game. It's lil cartridges. I want nothing just pay to mail to you. Rest I will flea mkt and yard sale out. I'd rather give to someone who enjoys than be stuck with or sale. Thank you,have a good night.

That lidded jug you purchased might be an olla (sp?). It's planted into the ground next to your plants then filled with water that will leach out to the roots of plants. Beautiful!!!

I would love to have a Time book like the one you thrifted. As you were flipping through the book, the first image of the atomic explosion, was so striking!! I grew up in the “Cold War “ era. In school we were taught how to survive a nuclear attack. Most big buildings had “bomb shelters”. It was really a scary time for a me as a little girl in school. Thank God that never happened!! I realize that has nothing to do with your thrifting video, but that image really brought memories. As always I enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing !!
I am looking for organizational items, indoor watering can, plant pots but I mostly enjoy browsing in thrift stores, it’s my thing!

One of my interests are frog figurines...My present collection includes realistic and light- hearted renditions. They are from various nations: Germany, France, USSR, Japan, Italy, and of course China! I have both of those history editions in my library. The feline cut-out piece was number one, as cats are also a favorite of mine.

I'd flip the star trek pez if there's a desire for those still. I liked the waterford, and (the cats for gifting) to cat lovers and the chicken head vase , because chickens are a hoot. Your water vase is awesome. I think it was the best choice.

Love the little wreath on the side of Peanut's dog bed.
He he.. That was actually her "puppy bumper" We put it on her neck when she goes outside to keep her from getting through the fence. 🤣 It's like a big donut. It makes her neck fat so she can't get out. She's pretty good overall but if she sees a rabbit or something she tries.
I still haven’t been thrifting in over a year. But I need an end table and bookcase. That pottery piece was cool. Peanut seems to have approved! 😊

Yup. That's large pottery piece you brought is actually a water jug. In Sri Lanka we use it to store water. Because after some sort of hours water become cool and refreshing. Please try it at least one time.

The iridescent lamps are beautiful, and so was some of the vases, but none of the beautiful compared to seeing Peanut 😊, you've done really well with the books I liked how they are showcased in the tables I'm sure you will find the tray that you are looking for. I'm looking for an accent table to go in between my sectional to put my chessboard on
I have become kind of obsessed with old thermoses and new plaid items, no matter the color. I don’t know why, but I have a space for them and I love looking at them.
