Preparing for GRE was quite challenging; despite my three-month preparation, I was unable to score even 290. However, I secured 97 in TOEFL, so I have decided to proceed with it instead. Unfortunately, I wasted more than 1 lac pkr on GRE.

I would suggest you to focus more on research and publications rather than on GRE. But 300+ is a good score with publications.

Dear Talha Omer, I recently took the GRE and achieved scores of 139V, 146Q, and 2.5A. I'm wondering if it's beneficial to include my scores in PhD applications where they aren't required or optional. I am concerned whether these scores might potentially leave a negative impression on my application, despite my strong academic and publication record. Thank you!

Hello! You should not send these scores as they will undermine your profile

You should take it and give it your best shot. If it works out good for you else you can take it again later and meanwhile apply to KAUST without it
