    My mind is kind of blown right now. I’ve never heard this about sunglasses and I was living indoors in glasses and a hat almost 24/7. Yikes. 🤯 whoopsies 😮 I can safely walk around my house in the dark with pink tinted glasses though sooo theirs that lol

    I live in Hawai’i and can’t always get up by sunrise. Would you say it’s still beneficial to be outside as much as possible throughout the day or is missing that sunrise super important?
