Bicep WO 1) superset 3x double 10-reps TUT A- EZB BicCurls butt-back- head tight to wall B- EZB BicCurls standing ( cheatcurls if nessesary) 2) A- DB alt BicCurls / curl up, pause at stiff peak, start curl other arm, pause at stiff peak :II 3) Drop-superset 3x double 10-reps = A- heavy db, B- 30-40% weight off A) Pinnwheel alt HammerCurl standing, db start with both ddb infront of hips, alt.curl diagonal each arm to peck/niple hight ( not higher up= only traps) B) Pinnwheel alt HammerCurl - 30-40% weight off
