Honnestly, so far I had only 1 trolling/griefing Wifeleaver. Some people were making mistakes, because they are learning, but I've been immensely more saved by the lifegrip than having issues with it.

Lifeweaver's hitbox is really big especially for someone with not that much health
Why does the hero look like mercy
Hes like 2meters tall which is fucking terrifying
He’s actually about the same size as Junkerqueen and Ramattra in omnic form, and both heroes have 450 base hp while Lifeweaver only has 200 so…really paints the picture doesn’t it.

My ideas to fix Wife Leaver:
1. Make it to where he is like moria and he can damage and heal separately without needing to switch weapons
2. Make his healing a little faster and a little more heals teammates can get AND make it splash healing like Baptiste
3. Make his dash give you a little more health or a farther distance for a slightly longer cool down
I personally think his elevator and tree is ok but even any one of the changes I suggested would make life weaver a little more fun to play

the tree needs more health and a bit more healing tbh. The initial burst heal is fine but 50 every 1.75s is nothing when u consider how fast paced ow2 is now. And the hp is so miniscule that it literally dies almost every fight. It doesn't have to be an insane increase but the fact that i can just watch a solo dps (excluding bastion for obvious reasons) destroy my tree within seconds just doesn't feel ultimate worthy lmao

Buff his healing and keep the blossom and thorns as seperate weapons
He's specifically designed to not be another dps support
By buffing his healing, he should only need to use his thorns in situations where Mercy would use her gun
Definitely, having his healing and dps on different weapons means he should be able to use both competently at the expense of not being able to use the other, however his healing is lacklustre and slow to heal someone, so it should be buffed to either charge faster and be increased to around 75-80 heal per shot
I agree with what you said about buffing his healing. But I actually think you still need to throw out damage throughout the fight, so it’s not really like mercy in that sense, in my opinion. Give his thorns like 2 more damage per thorn and buff his healing for both abilities and he would be in a good spot.
Could you imagine a comic where Symmetra is sent by Vish😊kar to takedown Lifeweaver and it forces her to have some moral conundrum. (Would be cool to see!)

funny thing is that despite of his trolling potential, the significant majority of lifeweavers i've seen have been making themselves very useful and have helped me out of certain death much more often than sabotaged me.
I'd love to see a Warframe video sometime, maybe not a game you'll play in the long run but the movement and combat (melee, gunplay and abilities) all feel amazing.
Once it comes out I think you'd enjoy The First Descendant a lot as well.

True. Warframe is really underrated
Anyone noticed how good the editing of his videos are now, it honestly looks incredible.
It would be sick if he used both of his arms and if he could attack and heal at the same time (I dont know if that would make him op)

They gave him too many abilities to be able to do this. New characters are always given more and more abilities to get people to come back and play them, and are subsequently very strong because of it
He feels very clunky to play, the heal and attack mech has to be changed everytime which is really not efficient and fun to play, also the healing is so less and negligible
Lifeweaver, protects life violently.
In my eyes, I see lifeweaver as the sigma of support since both him and sigma have the most complex kits that require them to multitask and think ahead of time
Other tips
His primary and secondary fire reload if you use the other for a while, thats prob why the reload time is so long bcs ur supposed to "weave" them
If you jump at the end of the petal platform's climax you will go much higher
You can manually break his ult by pressing Q again, so dont spam it
I like how he's apparently so smart, he completed assignments correctly but in new and unorthodox ways, ways that the schools didn't agree with.
Life Weaver feels like he is almost perfectly balanced but he still needs a few more changes to get him to that state

More tips: jump at the climax of the pedal platform to get a boost in height and also if you are waiting to group up with the team on the platform spam jump on it to prevent it from going up.

As a Hamster main with a buddy who mains Lifeweaver, gotta say I really appreciate having the safety net of knowing I have my friend available as a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. Him telling me when he does and doesn't have Grip available or have line of sight to me does a pretty good job of reining me in and forcing me to play smart.

I think if they add that healing affect that Moira has it will help his healing a lot, like it gradually heals for a couple of seconds after healing, plus adding it to his ult and give him more ammo for both heal and damage, he would be lethal.
Pro tip never charge 65 heels unless no one's shooting your enemy and their behind cover always charge to 40 or 50.
Also if you're trying to use your - jump and wiggle your controller around well you do it. I'll get you slightly More movement

Ome thing I'd like to be able to do is control the platform. I've had fun playing Lifeweaver and surprising, my matches with others playing as him will have them bailed me out of some pretty bad situations which is pretty awesome. You get a thanks from me 👍

The amount of cosplays and outfits that macro can make out of Amazon boxes and cardboard is really impressive
I think it needs a way for the target of the life grip to have some confirmation interaction or at least a cancel option. He is a great character when people communicate, but for most games, it feels like a less rewarding mercy.

I think the thorns can be reworked into some kind of damage buildup, the more thorns that are applied on an enemy, it can either be proct or proct it yourself manually for a good deal of good damage that can potentially spread to nearby enemies.
That’s an interesting idea. Maybe when he shoots enough thorns at someone it temporarily starts to grow and deals burn like damage and spreads to nearby people and grows on them too until it wears off.
@@replyifyourefumingandcrying Thanks! Though I was more thinking in line of like an planted thorns that explode upon applying a max amount of thorns or manually detonating them, it's a choice of keep shooting or deal the damage now but at a lower power.

I wish they would let his dash give 25 heading to any teammates in a very small aoe around him.
Pretty simple changes:
Swapping weapons is perfectly fine for me (tho I play on controller, so it's not too awkward)
Either increase the max heal to maybe 80, so you can still output decent numbers when releasing early, or increase the charge time
Remove the self slow
Bring dash down to 3 seconds, with the amount of self peel that almost very other support has, it's not that insane. Plus, you use dash more to reposition yourself around corners, or peel your allies, not just an escape.
Give him at least 30 extra HP, this let's him be more of a guardian, taking a little more chip damage for his allies, gives breathing room when charging heal, and gives him a bit more dueling power, since he's actually pretty decent at adapting to flankers. On a personal note, it also makes the power fantasy of being this savior/paladin (kinda like Taric from league) more applicable.
Also an automatic ping on his pedal and/or passive would be helpful.
If blizzard wants to keep his healing low (which honestly, I sorta like the idea that not every support is gonna be able to just heal you through everything, and has to use different utility) then his primary fire should deal a little more damage, sorta giving him another peel tool.
I personally feel like his tree needs to heal a little more than 50 per pule, maybe 65, like his current Mac primary heal.
I think having a utility>heals support is a good thing, but it's often detrimental how little he heals sometimes

Lifeweaver is definitely hard to play and needs a few buffs, but I actually think it's fine if they keep him hard to play as long as he can still provide a bit more value. His ult could use some buffs, maybe to the pulsing healing. Perhaps his healing could either be a tiny bit faster, or have a faster charge on the first shot of a full mag. Also maybe remove the slowdown he gets while charging his healing. Maybe the spread on his thorns can be slightly tighter? Any or all of these might help, honestly I don't think his weapon swapping is that bad considering it makes it so you never have to reload if you get used to it.

after playing roughly a dozen hours of lifeweaver since he came out i think hes in a ok spot switching between weapons isnt nearly as clunky as people make it out to be and for most of the time i just exclusivly healed. id love to see a rework to his healing tho make it toggleable but not like it already is make me able to toggle it on and off not just for one shot but the entire clip so i dont get carpal tunnel playing him. otherwise im in love with him cant wait to play ranked.
using the platform and then the succ and a dash to get yourself back on land is an easy way to pull someone off an edge

Imo, to buff Weaver they should make his healing max either like 85/90 per full charge, OR make the 65 charge WAY faster. And for the keybinds, I heard someone put up the option of his dash being like Hanzo's, where he jumps then double jumps to dash in any direction, which could make up for the keynind slots
Nahhhh 90 health burst heal is insane, that's almost a half health heal every second. Faster bursts of 65 is the way to go
I just think he should have his dash cooldown set to 3-2.5 seconds as facing flankers like sombra is hell due to his large hit box. She kills you super fast which is frustrating
