The house for your mother is magnificent! Yes, God timimg is always the best. You have very little space in the back of the house for BBQ . My suggestion is once your mother moves inside her house. You can tear down those mud houses, and then you have room in the front for new living quarters. You can aslo make a gazebo and put a BBQ pit inside of it. Anyway, you have done an amazing job for your mother.
I can say sincerely in East Africa, you have warn the hearts of most mothers, it is really rare for a boy child to build for a single mother a house when he hasn't build his. May the Almighty God reward you abundantly. We praise God for your wife has has been behind the success. Mama Mariko, count yourself a blessed mother. May the spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ dwell in your son's life. God you are a miracle worker in Jesus Name.
Watching from the UK originally from Mauritius, I like the way you think about helping others in Kenya, you are young but your heart is big. May the almighty bless you with all your projects 😊
Chef Matiko, Beautiful home. It's amazing that you guys have gotten this far with really good ideas. I Only see 2 major things that need to be corrected. The railing on the upper level is not supposed to move at all. That's unsafe. I saw your mom when you guys had some activity in the front yard. The natural thing is for her to come out of the door and step down porch steps. She comes out of the door to keep from going down the ramp. She steps on a ledge on the right lower side when she came out the door. And I saw one of the handy men do the same thing. He steps left side lower ledge when he came out of the door. It is missing a whole part of the porch. The depth is too steep to step off. Everyone will naturally try to walk down or up the steps and not go down a ramp. Hopefully you correct that when you get some funds, because that is left unfinished and unsafe period. I thought she was gonna fall off the porch because she attempted to step down, realizing it's too steep. Your engineer brought that up to you also. It's just basically common sense. If you guys had to have an inspector to come out, which I guess you guys don't operate that way in Africa, they would deny that its complete. I realize that you're in a different part of the world. I'm way over in another part of the world. There would be no way that you would get away with building a structure with that unsafe porch and railing. The city inspector would call it out. You watch how your mom comes off the front porch. She tries to attempt to step down, but she has to step to the right on a ledge to get off the porch. 😢 No one builds a house without the entryway, being safe. Actually, it even looks 0:11 dangerous on TV. Aside from all the beautiful work that you've done, why have an unsafe situation right there at the front porch ? I know that you guys are in the village, but you've got to adapt to some safety standards even if it's not required. Otherwise the house looks beautiful.😊
We're happy for you to brethren keep up the good work for your people and your loved ones in Jesus name and we're loving all the good work you're doing in Africa in the village ❤❤❤❤❤❤.
