    We found theb70 and 75 were the best for our 243. We since went and switched to the 6 mm arc. Way better in weight and accuracy

    Nice job and the new rifle + caliber is a great combo, but please set your scope to Semi Automatic Nuc setting and Nuc it manually just before you engage your targets.

    Turns out Josh grabbed 4 this night. I found the first one he shot and we couldn’t find. Point of impact was a little low, but plopping the tripod down on the move at 300+ yds, firing the first actual hunting round from this rifle, not too f’ing shabby.

    I also prefer 243 for coyote hunting an I also do some hand loading. What powder an charge are you using with the 70gr bullets I'm currently shooting 55gr nosslers at bout 3900 to 4000fps an shoots awesome but was thinking about going to the 70gr myself for extra knock down have had some get up an run off after dropping them with the 55gr lately

    I know you were using the 6.5 Grendel. Im using the 123 sst from Hornady and my gun doesn't seem to group them as well as Id like wondering any other recommendations for bullets to use?

    • @HoosierHunter
      @HoosierHunter  3 года назад +1

      123 SST’s are worthless. 90 gr TNT ‘s or Varmagedons
